I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Sir Rufus. Please find comfort in knowing that Sir Rufus is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th, 2001, after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13, Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19, Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20, Firefly 12/20/22, Zachary 02/19/23, Tanner 02/22/24 and Tiger 08/01/24. I am sure that Sir Rufus and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

I am so sorry for your loss of Sir Rufus. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. I know you had a special relationship with Sir Rufus that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Sir Rufus and they’ve become friends. May the love you shared with Sir Rufus continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

Mark: Sir Rufus will be forever loved and cherished as you reflect on times spent together with your partner, Butch and until your sweet friend peacefully journeyed to the Bridge. Those times are etched deep within and I'm deeply sorry you've grieved, not once, but twice in a lifetime. May memories sustain you during this transitioning. A vase of Forget-Me-Not flowers seemed befitting in your time of need.

Hello, handsome Sir Rufus, welcome to sunny Paradise meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Daddy loves and misses you so...he made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Daddy feels your loving presence and Sir Rufus kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until he comes for you one day to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask he not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in his heart forever. Play happy meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Daddy so he feels the warmth of your love surround him and knows you miss him too and are with him. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Daddy always, beloved sweet Sir Rufus. Pressy's Grandpa

there isn’t much that his more difficult to do than put our fur babies to rest. I know from my own time that this pain will lessen but we never forget them and their unconditional love
