I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Ranger. Please find comfort in knowing that Ranger is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th, 2001, after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13, Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19, Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20, Firefly 12/20/22, Zachary 02/19/23, Tanner 02/22/24 and Tiger 08/01/24. I'm sorry for the loss of your beloved Ranger, I lost my Ginger to Lymphoma. In time your memories will bring a smile and happy thoughts, for now be kind to yourself and take all the time you need to grieve. I'm enclosing an Angel to watch over our babies until we can be with them again.

Hi Patty. I am so sorry you lost Ranger. I am so touched by what you wrote and about how devastated you are. Patty don't attempt to go this alone. You are so heart sick over the loss of Ranger. Rainbow has a chat room. A long time ago Rainbow provided phone help with a therapist but it was terminated. I was one of the volunteer counselors. I am a licensed therapist based in Callifornia. Dearest Patty, Not to take away from your all-consuming grief at the moment, especially as Ranger was so young, but I do have some empathy. Last year, my Buzzy B Bear was (it seemed) his usual "bizzy" self and withing two days, he too was put to sleep and was awarded his wings. I still miss his cheeky energy and was so sorry that I couldnt do anything for him. He however, was 14 years old. We have to know this: they trust as as THEIR angel, as they will always know that we do everything to look after their lives to the best of our ability. He knows Patty! So, I hope they have met and are friends. Just know that Ranger is safe, warm, happy and healthy and no doubt, remembering all the happy times and the love you showered on him. I am so sorry for your loss of Ranger. My heart goes out to you, as I know you are struggling with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. I know you had a special relationship with Ranger that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girls, Bailey and Frappe, found Ranger and they’ve become friends. May the love you shared with Ranger continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Patty: It is with great sadness to learn about Ranger, the love of your life. May you reflect on times well spent, through laughter and tears, through light and darkness when the diagnosis was made. To know Ranger knew you would never leave his side will be the last act of kindness he shall ever know. Jumper most likely waited eagerly at the Bridge to unearth tasty treats and lap up fresh spring water in their new bowl.

We asked our Pressy to help Jumper welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Patty feels your loving presence with her and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until she comes for you one day to cross the Bridge together for all time.
