Dear Marjorie, I am so sorry that Piper has crossed the Big Bridge. I can tell by your words just how much she meant to you - although you didnt have her for her whole life, just cherish those 6.5 years you had together. I am sure she was grateful every day of her life with you, that you chose to be her Mother. For her part, as the song you chose for her Memorial, she is now safe, happy and well again and just enjoying remembering all the cuddles and happy times you had together, while she waits for you to join her one day. Piper was a beautiful cat in every way. She was gentle and sweet but also had a confident queenly way about her that was really adorable.She was meant to be with Marge and Alice and she could not have had a better life with them. I know how they tirelessly gave her the best of care even at the end. She certainly always knew she was loved! My deepest sympathies to Marge and Alice losing their precious little girl. Marjorie: Piper's lifetime, once you two met, was one that was filled with so much love and devotion. If your sweet kitty could have lived forever, you know she would have with grace, strength and tenacity. Despite her medical crisis, Piper was courageous and determined, all of which will be remembered for an eternity.
