Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. I know you had a special relationship with Phoebie that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Phoebie and they’ve become friends. For sweet Phoebie, I know that during your lifetime you gave Julie much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at the beautiful residency that Julie created just for you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home.
