I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Mittens. Please find comfort in knowing that Mittens is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th, 2001, after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13, Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19, Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20, Firefly 12/20/22, Zachary 02/19/23, Tanner 02/22/24 and Tiger 08/01/24. I am so sorry for your loss of Mittens. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. I know you had a special relationship with Mittens that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Mittens and they’ve become friends. May the love you shared with Mittens continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. For sweet Mittens, I know that during your lifetime you gave Tim & Carolyn much joy. Now I am wishing you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what your family wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Mittens, I have two wonderful playmates for you. Their names are Pedro and Keshet and although they are little dogs they are adorable just like you. I know you will be very good friends. For Tim & Carolyn, I just visited your Mittens' Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Mittens would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Hello, pretty Mittens, welcome to Paradise meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy and Daddy love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase butterflies and trade kitty love headbumps. She'll show you Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy and Daddy hear your sweet meows and purrs and feel a soft touch of your kitty paw in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come for you to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're curled up beside your pawprints in their hearts forever.
