I was looking through some memorials and came across Minky’s. Wow, what love you have for her. I cried reading through her silly memories (I loved the Christmas tree one! How cute.) and seeing how often you come to her memorial page. I hope you are healing, as someone with such a big heart deserves to feel truly happy. Minky knows she was fiercely loved by her Mommy. I just wanted to tell you that I may be only a young student but you touched my heart tonight. I will pray for you and that Minky will send you happiness and maybe visit you in your dreams. You are such a kind soul and deserve to be happy. Sending love and hugs to you and Minky, today and always.

I'm so sorry for your loss. We completely understand the depth of emotion you feel, as we just lost our dearest friend of 13 years. We gave them the best lives, and most love, they could have ever had, yet somehow they have given us so much more. I'm sure you'd agree that the sadness and tears we shed for them, is worth every minute we were blessed to share with them.

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Minky, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember the way your baby's tender love touched your very heart, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for each of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us this special season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it most.... And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved furbaby bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your fur-angel would want for you this year ... With best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty & DJ's mom)

I am so sorry to hear about your recent loss of Minky. Please find comfort in knowing that Minky is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Minky and Spooky have become good friends. Just stopping by to wish you well, Dottie, and to offer a quote I stumbled on recently. Perhaps, when you look at the stars each night, you can begin to think of your sweet Minky in a new way....God bless.... "Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy. " ~Author Unknown [ From Karen / Dusty's mom]

I'm so sorry for your loss of Minky, what a gorgeous, dignified looking cat. She was so beautiful. I too lost my dog almost a year ago and since then my life has never been the same. I firmly believe that Minky will always live in your heart and if you listen closely, you can still hear her telling you not to feel so sad. Remember, the separation is only temporary, she is waiting for you to join you so she can show you all around her new beautiful home. She still loves you as much as you love her and love cannot die. God bless you precious kitty and your grieving mommy as well.

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

I am so sorry you lost your dear little kitty. My heart goes out to you! Thank you for writing on your site, it made tears roll down my cheeks, but it also made me realize what an incredible blessing our much loved kitties are. I too look forward to meeting my kitty at the Rainbow Bridge some day. Bless you!

Hello, pretty little Minkie, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place at RB and wrote sweet words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and rainbows and share kitty love headbumps. She'll show you Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind to Mommy so she hears your meows and purrs and feels the soft pat of your kitty paw in gentle evening breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly for her until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're curled up beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play happy meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy so she feels the warmth of your love and knows you miss her too. Soar high among the clouds now on your silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy always, beloved Minky. Pressy's Grandpa

Hello Minky, what a beautiful girl you are! And such a long and wonderful life you lived with your mom! She left some wonderful memories of you on your RB page- you were truly loved. Now precious Angel, it is your turn to show her how much you love her too. Look down from your perfect garden in Heaven, and send her all your love in sweet dreams. Let her know that she was the perfect family for you on Earth, and now you are with your perfect family in Heaven. Dottie, I am so very sorry for your loss. I pray that your sorrow may turn to joy and your tears may turn to smiles in your memories of sweet Minky. Heaven is a more beautiful place because of Minky. God bless you and all those you love. Hello Minky...how are you today? I bet you miss your mum...I know she misses you. I don't know how you feel about doggies but there is a large group of Rotties to your left..with them is a large group of kitties. Go over there, ask for URSA...she loves little doggies & kitties. She will keep you safe & warm until you meet with your mum one day. Ursa will make sure you get enough to eat & drink. Make sure you send your mum some "purrs" so she knows you are OK. To Dottie...your baby is at peace & having a good time. No pain & no illness. You will meet again. http://RainbowsBridge.com/Residents/URSA001/resident.htm & http://RainbowsBridge.com/Residents/PFEIF001/resident.htm
