To Kathy & Linda, so sorry for your loss. I feel for you as I know how hard it is to make that final call. You question, whether it was the right thing to do or not, but I know seeing your pet suffering is far worse. Be comforted knowing Meeka is healthy again and playing in the fields of Rainbow Bridge. With deep sympathy, Rose

I'm sorry for the loss of your Meeka. What a beautiful girl. I lost my Finnbar December 2012.I lost my Rocky in March. I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be.Until then Meeka is waiting for you at Rainbowsbridge happy and healthy. There are new places to explore so much space to run like the wind all the good treats and when she needs a break, meadows to lie in the sun. She's having a ball with her new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you.I hope she's met my boys by now.Finn is a friendly little cat but he's scrappy and Rocky is the sweetest gentle giant. If you would care to visit my guys http://Rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Finnb001/Resident.htm http://Rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Rocky303/Resident.htm

Kathy, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Meeka, now with her brothers Onyx and Baron. It is certainly one of the hardest things we are called upon to do as owners of beloved animals: to take responsibility for when their lives should end. It is a terrible decision to make even when we know we are doing the right thing. But what we do out of love is always right. There is no need to doubt that though I know how `what if` can torment your mind afterwards. Please be at peace. She has had 15 wonderful years with you as her parent and it was time for her to go to Heaven and enjoy the freedom of a new body again - free of the ills and restrictions of old age. Be sure she is still near you in spirit - ever your best friend and `Protector`. I have found a closeness with my 3 beautiful pigeons since their passing that I never had with them in this life. Even so you may find Meeka in your heart as you talk to her. Time will soon roll into Eternity where she awaits you in Heaven.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Meeka. Please find comfort in knowing that Meeka is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Meeka and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Meeka aka Silverado Willow I am sorry for your loss. Kathy loves you and misses you very much. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains. No rain only sunshine. Running and playing all day with the other furbabies. One day we will join them for all eternity at Rainbow Bridge.

I am so sorry for your loss of Meeka. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Meeka that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Meeka and they have become friends. Dear Kathy and Linda, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Meeka. She was a beautiful Girl and obviously deeply loved. You gave her such a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Meeka will continually provide you with comfort, she will forever live in your heart and memories. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson

Dear Meeka, you are truly beautiful. Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your moms who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear Kathy and Linda, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Meeka is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May her sweet love continually nuzzle your hearts until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Meeka will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Tashi at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/TASHI002/resident.HTM

For sweet Meeka, I know that during your lifetime you gave Kathy much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what Kathy wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Meeka I have another wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Kathy, I just visited Meeka's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious furangel. I am sure if asked, Meeka would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Meeka. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom)

Hello, pretty Meeka, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Your Moms love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to help your meadow fur family welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so your Moms feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with furangels but stop often to smile at your Moms so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over your Moms always, beloved sweet Meeka. Pressy's Grandpa
