Hi Megan. You brought Maddie back to life through the words you wrote. I could feel the love you have for Maddie and always will. It wasn’t too long ago when I had to let my Westie, Webster, cross over the Rainbow Bridge. It is such a difficult decision to do this but no way would I want Webster to suffer as he was doing at the end of his life. I am so sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is to let go and lose a best buddy. I hope Maddie meets Webster and they frolic together in their new paradise across the the rainbow bridge.

Dear Precious Maddie, Did I ever tell you about the time that I met your people? It was August, 2023. Your humans quite honestly became a part of my family. Your mama and papa, the most amazing humans! Brantley, he's part of my heart now. I want you to know that when I read what your sweet mama wrote, I got to know your humans, your people, even better. And this says something about you! For you are not just a pet. For you are not just a dog. You are a gift from God. And you, sweet, girl, have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge, and are now in Heaven with Gunner. And you will always be with your mama and your papa, and always watching over the beautiful souls you spent every waking hour with. May your new life be filled with all of the running, barking, rolling and tooting it could ever imagine. Your people will live in your light and in the love you gave. Rest well, beautiful Maddie.

Sweet Maddie girl, you are so loved and so missed by everyone. I’ll miss your happy greeting every time we came to your house. I’ll miss your little paws bouncing on us to get lovins. I hope you’re running around, eating as much ice cream as you want, and soaking up the sun up in Heaven. Say hi to Brynnleigh for us, although I’m sure she’s already found you and is giving you all the cuddles she can. We love you Maddie girl 😘🐶

My sweet Madilyn. This gramma misses you sooo very much. I even miss stepping on the pebbles you didn’t like out of my dog’s food. I miss you going on my adventures with me. The pain on my empty heart is unbearable. Go run and play with the angels till we meet again. My sweet girl

Dear Maddie, you are truly beautiful. Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your momma and papa who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear Megan, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Maddie is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Jackie, Callie, Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May her sweet presence continually nuzzle your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Maddie will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Jackie at https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/JACKI010/resident.HTM

Some bonds are deeper than words, and the love shared with Maddy was one of them. For 15 wonderful years, Maddy was more than just a pet—she was family, a faithful companion, and a constant source of joy. From our high school days to now, Maddy was there for all the milestones, offering love and comfort through every moment. Her gentle spirit and boundless loyalty will be deeply missed, but her memory and the joy she brought into our lives will live on forever. Rest easy, sweet friend.
