I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Macey. Please find comfort in knowing that Macey is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th, 2001, after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13, Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19, Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20, Firefly 12/20/22, Zachary 02/19/23, Tanner 02/22/24 and Tiger 08/01/24. Daniela and family of Macey...I loved your tribute to your best friend. It not only made me smile..and cry..but it was almost the same story about one of my dogs.Every baby step was a victory..and when they pass they somehow take such a HUGE part of our hearts! I am so sorry for your loss of Macey. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. I know you had a special relationship with Macey that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Macey and they’ve become friends. May the love you shared with Macey continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. For sweet Macey, I know that during your lifetime you gave Daniela much joy. Now I am wishing you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what Daniela wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Macey, I have two wonderful playmates for you. Their names are Pedro and Keshet and both are adorable just like you. I know you will be very good friends. For Daniela, I just visited your Macey's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Macey would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing.
