Three years have gone by so quickly. We all loved Lulu and she was the sweetest and prettiest girl ever. Lets recall her good years and not dwell on the last ones. We should savor and treasure her memory and the good life she lived. Love, Sandra

Cynthia, I am sorry to know about sweet Lulu. There are not words I can say to comfort you after reading your story other than...I understand...I get it. Many changes, adjustments and struggles face you now. Sending you thoughts of much strength in the days that follow. Dear sweet Lulu baby will always be loved, so very much missed and never forgotten.

Cynthia, I'm so sorry for your loss of your precious Lulu. As you cherish and remember every memory and moment, please be comforted and know that your Lulu is at the Rainbow Bridge meeting many new friends including my Bailey who crossed over to the Bridge on July 29, 2016. The Bridge kids will be with your precious fur-angel in the beautiful Paradise Meadow. My thoughts and prayers are with you, and I'm leaving a pink rose bouquet for comfort. God Bless...

Cynthia...no matter what we should or should not have done, being they cannot tell us what is wrong we always try to make the right decision. Unfortunately it never seems to be right after the fact. You have made a beautiful tribute to a great friend. Lulu is a beautiful girl and you should remember her that way forever. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know she is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care..

Hi Cynthia, I am so sad to read your story, and I am so sad that your blaming yourself for this, we do put all our trust in the vet, we have to, I did too now I'm thinking too if only we could turn the clock back, we would do everything differently. We do the best we can with the knowledge we have, if we knew more we would do more. I'm so sorry for your mother, but I think you may be taking it harder than your mum. Yes the grief is a bottomless pit for sure, I hope in time you learn to forgive yourself for something you knew nothing about, you wouldn't have decided on surgery had you known there would be complications. If only we could turn the clock back, I too would have done everything differently for my boy. It wasn't you who failed, it was your vet who failed, please don't hold yourself responsible. Lulu knew you were trying to help her, she wouldn't blame you. I hope one day you can be at peace with yourself. I saw a grief counselor when I lost Jasper, it helped. Hugs

Dear Cynthia, so very sorry for the loss of your beautiful girl Lulu. I am sure if asked Lulu would say that you gave her so much love and she will always remember you. May your tears turn into loving memories of Lulu and may each day bring you more peace in knowing she is now your guardian angel and will be waiting to be reunited with you one day. Dear Lulu, I hope you are having fun in the sunny fields over the rainbow bridge. Please send down loving signs to your mommy and let her know you are always with her and that you are waiting to be with her again one day. Dear Cynthia, sending warm hugs your way
