He was lucky he found you, Joy. It reads like a romcom meet cute. You were destined for each other but anyone watching knew before you did. So sorry he had to go… maybe too soon… I hate when the movie ends sad like that. So… now is the part where it gets freaky, and he keeps sending you love and support from the other side. I hope you can feel him… maybe like Demi Moore at the potters wheel? Ok, maybe more tear jerker than romcom, but still a story I would not want to miss. Joy, thank you for sharing this beautiful story. Yes, you got lucky, but Lucky also got lucky. I am sure this was no accident or coincidence. I was lucky to have been Lucky’s housemate. I just remember how he made me laugh with his antics, how full of energy and how fearless he was with Frida! This may be goodbye from the physical realm, but please know Lucky still is and always will be with you. He may come to you in dreams to say hello, as my childhood cat Ritzy does from time to time, or send you signs in unexpected but beautiful ways. Jacob and I are both sending you love and peace as you go through this time.
