Joy..A  beautiful tribute to a great friend. Lucky is a handsome boy. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know he is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph, Eva and Hermione while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care.. Looks like you saved each other!!  Kathy 🐶🐱❤️🌈

Dear Joy, what a beautiful and endearing story. Yes, Lucky was lucky, but as you rightly said - you were the really lucky one. He certainly was (and still is) a loyal, loving companion and I know from experience that when they first cross the Big Bridge, it is so hard to adjust to new daily routines without them in their 'human' form. You look for them in all their favourite places, just willing them to magically re-appear. Please know that Lucky is safe, warm, healthy and happy and no doubt dreaming of all the wonderful years he shared with you - his forever mom. My love and thoughts are with you. Lynne

I am so sorry for your loss of Lucky. My heart goes out to you, as I know you are struggling with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. I know you had a special relationship with Lucky that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girls, Bailey and Frappe, found Lucky and they’ve become friends. May the love you shared with Lucky continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. My precious Bailey left our world Dec 5, 2013 & our loving Frappe left this world, Dec 5, 2025 and we miss them so much. He was lucky he found you, Joy. It reads like a romcom meet cute. You were destined for each other but anyone watching knew before you did. So sorry he had to go… maybe too soon… I hate when the movie ends sad like that. So… now is the part where it gets freaky, and he keeps sending you love and support from the other side. I hope you can feel him… maybe like Demi Moore at the potters wheel? Ok, maybe more tear jerker than romcom, but still a story I would not want to miss. I love you and know Lucky’s with you forever in your heart.

Joy, thank you for sharing this beautiful story. Yes, you got lucky, but Lucky also got lucky. I am sure this was no accident or coincidence. I was lucky to have been Lucky’s housemate. I just remember how he made me laugh with his antics, how full of energy and how fearless he was with Frida! This may be goodbye from the physical realm, but please know Lucky still is and always will be with you. He may come to you in dreams to say hello, as my childhood cat Ritzy does from time to time, or send you signs in unexpected but beautiful ways. Jacob and I are both sending you love and peace as you go through this time.

Dear Joy, Thank you for sharing these memories of you, your Lucky Boy, and the love you gave each other for his whole little life and so much of yours. Your remembrance of the happiness you brought each other made my own tears flow as i read and remembered my own love and loss of companion animals whose presence graced my life. J.

Joy: Your name revealed how ‘Lucky’ felt for so many meaningful years as your life witness. May memories of which you’ve shared bring solace and strength throughout the grieving process. With heartfelt sympathy…

Hello, handsome Lucky, welcome to sunny Paradise meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorfuls butterflies and trade kitty love headbumps. She'll show you Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy hears your sweet meows and purrs and feels a soft touch of your kitty paw when gentle breezes blow. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until she comes for you one day to cross the Bridge together forever. We ask she not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're curled up beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play happy meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and know you miss her too and are with her. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy always, beloved sweet Lucky. Pressy's Grandpa

Dear Lucky, how purrfectly handsome you are! Please go to the Bridge and purr your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of your mom who misses you so much, and she will send her love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear Joy, your world has lost a very special furpurrson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Lucky is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Fritz, Jackie, Callie, Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over me, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet presence continually nuzzle your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Lucky will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare...Please visit my Fritz at https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/FRITZ021/resident.htm
