I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Lily. Please find comfort in knowing that Lily is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th, 2001, after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13, Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19, Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20, Firefly 12/20/22, Zachary 02/19/23, Tanner 02/22/24 and Tiger 08/01/24. Jane..A  beautiful tribute to a great friend. Lily is a beautiful girl with a great smile. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know she is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph, Eva and Hermione while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. Hello Jane I am so sorry to hear about your Lily's passing.I know how heart breaking losing Lily can be,because I lost my Bella on Jan 8th this year. I have good news for you though, I believe, each of us will be reunited when we meet them on that wonderful span known as Rainbow bridge.

Dear Jane, your words about Lily and your unbearable grief made me cry. I too know that devastation and disbelief that you will have to live the rest of your life without Lily in her 'human form' right by your side. My daughter, best friend and soul mate Topsy was put to sleep on 4th January 2022 and I keep a calendar of how many days it is since we cuddled each other. Today is day 1531 and so I know that's how many days of my life all done, that I dont have to re-live withour Topsy. I loved all your photos of Lily, but my favourite is "love of my life". Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. I know you had a special relationship with Lily that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girls, Bailey and Frappe, found Lily and they’ve become friends. Jane: You have thoughtfully composed a memorial page in Lily's honor that reflects a special relationship which truly shaped your life. She also shaped others, too. For sweet Lily, I know that during your lifetime you gave Jane much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what Jane wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Lily, I have two wonderful playmates for you. Their names are Pedro and Keshet and both are adorable just like you. I know you will be very good friends. For Jane, I just visited your Lily's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Lily would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing.
