Hi Lexi! How's our prettiest girl? Just acknowledging your leaving us 3 years ago this month. Three years doesn't seem like all that long ago, but is feels like a lifetime sometimes. Your kitty mother black kitty, and your grandmother brown kitty, are still with us. Getting ready for another winter in the garage. I need to put a new wick in their heater soon. Simon and Timmy are doing well considering their health problems. Last night I felt you walking around on the bed, and a week ago, I felt you sleeping behind me. Thanks for coming to visit. I miss you so much and still see you in all your places around the house. I'm off from work this week and we could have taken a nap everyday if you wanted to. I turned 65 this year and was thinking about retirement and all the time we were supposed to have together. But now I'm thinking about working until I'm 70 if I can. I'm going to let you go now Honey, I think about you everyday. Run and play and have fun. Love Dad

Hello Lexi! And how would you respond? You would say "Rair" We miss you so much honey. I think the last time I wrote I told you gray kitty got hurt and moved indoors now. That was on Easter weekend. We named him Timmy. He has transitioned well from outside kitty to inside kitty. Simon was alone for 2 and a half years after you left. Now he has had to adjust to another kitty in the house, and he is doing it well. Timmy has always wanted to be friends with Simon, but it took Simon a little while to get used to it. Timmy spends most of his time in the corner of the living room that was yours. We still have your photo and candle in that corner. I finally moved your chair and put it next to my bed now. I setup an aquarium in that space. It was 7 years ago you were born; Happy Birthday! Lena and I were talking about it a few nights ago. I hope you are running and playing and having fun. We miss you so much and I will be so happy to see you again someday. Love, Dad

HI Lexi! How's a pretty girl? We miss you so much honey. Wanted to let you know outside gray kitty is inside now. He hurt his leg very badly. It took a couple of weeks but we finally caught him and took him to the vet. That was 3 weeks ago. They saved his leg and it seems to be healing. I'm not sure how you two would have gotten along. Simon and gray kitty are still trying to figure each other out. They touched noses today and Simon hissed. They just turned and walked away from each other. I don't care if they don't become buddies, I just don't want them to fight. I gave him the name Timmy. I think of you and talk to you every day. I talk to Simon about you. Hard to believe he's been alone now for 2 and a half years. Sending you all my love, Dad.

Dan/Elena.. a beautiful tribute to a great friend. Lexi is a beautiful girl. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know she is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care.. I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Lexi. Please find comfort in knowing that Lexi is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13,Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19 and Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20.
