Oh Vanessa, your memorial to Kush made me cry. It is clear that your love for him was the very special 'soul mate' type of love. I have always had dogs and have loved them all but then there was Topsy, my daughter, best friend and soul mate who was put to sleep on 4th January 2022. I keep a calendar and cross off a day every morning - today is day number 1549 withouth her in her 'human form' - so that is how many days I dont have live again, without her by my side. Topsy chose me, just like Kush chose you. Please know that Kush knew (and still knows) just how deep the love you shared was (and still is). No doubt he spends some time at The Bridge enjoying the memories of all those happy times. My love and thoughts are with you. Lynne x
