Hi Sarah, I've just been reading JBs memorial and it brought tears to my eyes, I wasn't able to read it all I was falling apart, sounds like you have a bond with him the same as I had with my Jasper so I understand all that you are saying. Its lovely that he chose you at Petsmart, I think that's very special and a moment to be never forgotten, how lovely of you to take JB and his sister home together. I really get what your saying when you say his eyes were like looking into his soul, Jasper use to look right into my eyes, even in his photos its like hes still looking right into me, I think JB was a special cat and I totally understand the bond you two had. I understand what a special friendship that was, the connection was so strong you were like soul mates. I think when they have a strong personality like JB it makes it so much harder to lose them. Cant write much here Im out of writing space here, my heart is with you I do know how you feel. Hugs to you and JB.

To Linda, I am so sorry to know about your JB. I just left his memorial residency and read your entire story about your life with JB and the journey you are on now with not having JB by your side. What a beautiful story. JB and Sarah sure got lucky when JB picked you to be their forever mommy. With the bond you had with JB. He is watching over you Linda. And he is visiting you. What a special intense bond you must have had with JB. I am so glad to hear that Sarah is still doing so well. I looked at the wonderful album you put together on JB's memorial. JB and Sarah do look so much alike. They are both so sleek and beautiful. I love that shot of JB with his paw to the camera, and the one where he is all over you. What a ham! I can see how hard it is for you. So many little paw prints of JB left behind just for you. To JB, Hey little buddy. Keep sending signs to your mommy just to let her know you are watching over her. Run free now sweet baby. Know you are missed and loved.

Dear Linda: Please accept my witness, empathy and condolences as your friend JB has died. I was so fortunate to stop by your wonderful memorial page! Thank you for sharing of your life together! I can only imagine how much you miss JB. It is truly incredible how someone so little can possess so much courage, love and affection to give. You guys shared so much together, through fun times and through what was no doubt a very frustrating illness for JB. I loved reading how his boldness won you and others over from the very start! Hoping the happy memories return to you soon. -Megan, Philadelphia PA (with Rinchen the Chow Chow and Dexter "Big Essie" the Bernese mountain dog)

I can send you my babies site if you wish to visit..take care..

I am so sorry for the loss of your furbaby, JB. He was beautiful and I know he must have brought a lot of love and happiness to your life. Cats are a very special animal and are very intuitive. I have had cats all my life. God's blessings be with you and know that your beloved JB will always be alive in your heart. Please rest assured that your baby will be waiting for you by the Rainbow Bridge. Again, my deepest condolences on your loss, Debbie Deen.

Linda, You were the best mother to JB. His life was filled with happiness and joy because of your love for him. The two of you were amazing throughout the entire process, and he was truly happy up until the very end.

Linda & Matt, As a former cat-parent I feel for you at the passing of your beloved JB - with you for 17 years - having `chosen` you as is the custom with cats: though they graciously allow us to think it is the other way round! Cats are notoriously brave and capable of tolerating veterinary/medical procedures that a human would not! I am glad he had a good vet. My cats used to purr in the same way on such visits! I am so happy that his sister, Sarah, came with him. The lovely photos show what a close-knit family you all are - and Sarah must be pining for her brother! Thank you for taking them to your loving heart and home - and for looking after JB so that he had a gentle passing - when the time was right for him to leave this Earth for a new body in Heaven - and the fullness of Eternal Life - prepared as much for him as for his parents who love him. His sweet, vibrant presence will remain with you - watching over you (even though he is in Heaven) until you meet across the Bridge.

I am so sorry for your loss of JB. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with JB that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found JB and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with JB continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

Linda, I am sorry for the loss of your sweet angel JB. I can see how you feel in love with him at first sight with that adorable face. Know that the love you have in your heart is a mirror reflection of how he feels for you. He is happy and without any pain or discomfort. He also feels gratitude for giving him such a great life in a wonderful home.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of JB. Please find comfort in knowing that JB is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that JB and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

I am so sorry for the loss of your baby - Prayers for you and your family Our babies are always with us whether here on Earth or up in Heaven, always watching over us. Their uncondtional love for us does not stop just because their body does. No more pain or suffering for them - and their love for us is as strong as ever, just as our love for them is. Soon you will all be together again and going over the rainbow together, which is where your lives’ really begin

Linda- JB enriched your life and taught you the meaning of love, compassion, patience and resilience, especially with his relentless medical challenges. To feel the loss of your best friend and were not willing to let that friend suffer is truly a last act of kindness, and most importantly, you kept a mother's promise to your baby boy. Right now, you may feel like a black hole is within your soul, but that hole will eventually fill with unforgettable memories. I've placed a satiny-pillow (sorry it's pink!) at his resting place, Rainbow Bridge. Shalom, JB!

JB I am sorry for your loss. Linda loves you and misses you very much. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains. No rain only sunshine. Running and playing all day with the other furbabies. One day we will join them for all eternity at Rainbow Bridge.
