I recently loss my beloved Carshion and I understand the void we feel after losing our beloved pets. Harley & Carshion are our fur-angels in rainbow meadows, still being loyal & waiting for us at rainbows bridge. For Beautiful Harley Ray, Rest in peace, your family created a loving memorial for you here at Rainbow Bridge and they miss you very much. Let them know that your love, bond & memory lives on for eternity. Take sweet care until we all meet beyond the clouds. I left a lilac plant as a symbol that your spirit continues to flower. Hi, Lisa and Mitchell! Thank you so much for allowing me to learn of your great friend Harley Ray, who fought so bravely with your loving and compassionate support against awful, sad cancer. It's so hard when our dog friends die, even when we know that their suffering is ended. Sometimes the smallest ones among us leave the biggest holes when they go, but I encourage you- in time many happier memories will return to comfort you both, until the day when we are all together again. Harley Ray joins my late dog friends Bella, Little Guy, Vergil and Gracie, and so many other awesome pets who keep watch over us all. With empathy, Megan Philadelphia, PA with Dexter "Big Essie," Bernese mountain dog

Breaks my heart reading your memorial. We lost our little Shih-Tzu/Bichon cross, Amber, last year to cancer too. She was 15 1/2 years old. I hope you find some comfort in knowing you are not alone in your grief. The love and companionship of our little friends will always be missed. The special memories will forever be in your heart. Nothing can ever take that away.

Lisa, What you have written for your Harley Ray McLendon has made me cry with you after your loss of him - your beloved dog. I am so sorry - but relieved with you that he is out of his pain and distress. You did all you could to spare him additional suffering when it was clear nothing more could be done. Thank you for the 12 years you gave him - a time when unbreakable bonds were formed between you which continue into the next life. The trauma you have been through has left you brokenhearted that such a terrible illness should take him from you so cruelly - causing him distress though he fought to stay with you! I understand your pain as am recovering from a loss last December. This is my 2nd Christmas without my two birds. I have lost cats and dogs so know this awful pain too. It takes time to heal but RB is here to support you with our love, prayers and by writing to you. There are chat-rooms which might help. Again, I am so sorry for your loss. His loving spirit is ever with you.

Dear Lisa and Mitchell, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Harley. He was a beautiful boy and obviously deeply loved. You gave him a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Harley will continually provide you with comfort, he will forever live in your hearts and memories. Happy Holidays, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson

Lisa/Mitchell..Harley is a beautiful boy....a beautiful tribute for a great friend. It is never easy to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. For whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon while leaving their forever pawprints within us. He is now healthy and playing with Oreo,Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge, they are gone from our site but never forgotten. I can send you my babies site if you wish to visit..take care..

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Harley. Please find comfort in knowing that Harley is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Harley and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

I am so sorry for your loss of Harley Ray. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Harley Ray that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Harley Ray and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Harley Ray continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. Harley Ray McClendon I am sorry for your loss. Lisa & Mitchell love you and miss you very much. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains.
