Hi Hanky, well as you probably know Izzie is with you. She lost her eyesight, she lost her appetite completely. She hadn't eaten in a week. She hadn't peed in a week. She was very sick and the vet said it was time. I waited as long as I could because I'm not one to make this decision. I'm glad she's with you. I know you'll take good care of her. Show her where all the treats are, show her a comfy bed and make sure she gets into a healthy body and some very young eyes. Izzie hasn't seen anyone in a while. I'm so sad to have lost 2 furbabies in the past year. But to lose 2 and not have anyone to drive me home from the vet, that was so scary. You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy, when skies are gray, you never know dear how much I love you, please don't take my sunshine away. Hi Hanky, Oh Hanky, this whole year has passed and life hasn't gotten easier at all. Not a day goes by that I don't miss you or think about you. Bella is still crying for you and she is now in therapy. I wish I could post pictures of you in here. She has tried to get close to Darby but she cannot. He's just very young and very all over the place. Hanky we will never ever forget you!! You were a one of a kind furbaby!! We loved you with all of our hearts and couldn't possibly love you anymore!! It is just unbelievable to me that the love we had for you is more like love for a human and not for an animal. You were a family member. You were more of a human than anything. Hi Hanky, I first wanted to tell you Happy New Year and I wish you were here with us, spending the holidays with us. I also wanted to tell you things are coming together at the new house. And we owe this to you and Grandma. Please find her and tell her I love her and I miss her. Grandpa is sick again and I don't know what's happening. No one is really telling me. They don't think I need to know anything. I wish I didn't have to leave grandma's ashes at the house alone. But they are over there, alone. Hanky I love and miss you every day. Hi Hanky, I know it's late, but I couldn't go to bed without wishing you a Merry Christmas. We moved into our home. There seems to be a rodent in the walls and it's digging. I think it might be trapped. Itales me sad that it's just in there and it's cold and probably starving. I hope you're watching down on daddy and I and keep us safe from this darn rodent. Hi Hanky, I'm so sorry it's been a little bit since I've written. I'm just wanting to tell you how much I love you and how bless we have been to have had you in our lives while you were alive. You were the best dog in the world and could be replaced by no other baby!! Do here's the thing, we are moving. We bought a new home and are moving on since grandma passed away. We see no reason to stay here any longer. We have raised our kids here, we raised our family here and 3 grandkids here and now it's time to say goodbye and for daddy and I to leave with the 3 dogs. We are only moving a few miles away but it's cute. It has a few sets of stairs. You would not have liked that. But it's just time. Our stay here in Sagamore Hills is over. Tell grandma thank you, and we live her and to continue watching over us as you do with her. Hi Hanky, well, this week was Thanksgiving, and it was the weirdest holiday yet. You weren't here and grandma wasn't here. And that's the worst because we missed you both. This year has been an absolute nightmare. My heart still hurts from losing you but then we lost my momma on top of it. I don't know if I can come back from all of this. And now I feel like grandpa is giving up. Please get that message to grandma. He's just not doing well. Covid takes a hold of you and it doesn't let you go for months and months unless you go quicker. Char and I still have it and grandpa is still struggling with the long term effects as well. Hi Hanky, I'm so sorry I haven't written in a few days. Daddy and I were really sick. Grandma passed away tonight. I was hoping you could meet her when she gets to heaven and show her around and introduce her to your furry friends. She loves animals. Hi Hanky, it's been 19 weeks since you've been gone from us. That's a really long time seeing as we never wanted to lose you in the first place. EVER!! Youbwill live in our hearts for the rest of our lives. And for that and all those wonderful memories, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Not a day passes that I don't think about you. We have been sick with COVID but we are pulling through with to worry about. I'm still worried about grandma and grandpa though. Hi Hanky, I miss you beyond words. Grandma still isn't doing.well and I keep.thinking.if you were here, she would be sneaking food to you and you would be the baby that's checking on her to make sure she's ok. Darby's doing your work for you. He's doing a good job. He wasn't sure about her at first. He barked a lot at first, but once he saw that she had a lot of treats for him, he warmed up to her. He needs to be more gentle because she had a very big surgery on Thursday and she's REALLLLLLLY sore. Please keep a watchful eye on grandma and work your magic to help her get strong. Thanks Hanky!!
