I am so sorry to hear about your recent loss of Gizmo. Please find comfort in knowing that Gizmo is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Gizmo and Spooky have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: Take Care, Susan

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Gizmo, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember the way your baby's tender love touched your very heart, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for each of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us this special season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it most.... And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved furbaby bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your fur-angel would want for you this year ... With best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty & DJ's mom)

Welcome to the Bridge! I know you're busy making friends, romping around playing, and laughing so hard you just can't stand it, but don't forget to take the time to let your family know you're okay and thank them for the wonderful life they gave you...

My dearest Colleen, we send you our heartfelt simpathies for what has been taken from you. It is the hardest part of life to say goodbye to someone who has been so special to you. Gizmo loves you and will watch over you. He will always be there in your heart and in your soul and that can never be taken from you. As the rain may fall, the sun still shines, one day at a time. Blessings from John, Elaine and our angel Jake.

Gizmo, What a beautiful baby you were, always so loyal and loving. You taught and gave your mommy so much that she now knows the true meaning of unconditional love. She longs for the day to be able to hold you and to look into your eyes again. I know just how grateful you are for all of love and care in which she provided you. She misses you baby, so very much. I know that you don't want her to be sad for too long, but instead, be happy. For you are happy, content at peace and have been surrounded by so many others who also love and adore you, including my Shayna Girl and Leche. I extend my deepest condolences to you for the loss of Gizmo. I know just how painful it is to have lost your angel, for, I too, lost mine. Please vist my Shayna Girl at: and Leche at My thoughts and prayers are with you. Until we are with our babies again. Shayna and Leche's mommy, Lisa

Colleen, I'm so very sorry that you lost Paul and Gizmo. I wish I knew of any words that would help alleviate even some of the pain you're feeling. I know that your husband waits for you in Heaven, and now he has your dear Gizmo sitting on his lap. One day, you will all be reunited. Until then, keep in mind all the good memories of them and know that love never dies. A James Barry quote comes to mind: "God gave us memories so that we might have roses in December".

Gizmo, you are so gorgeous! We loved looking at your pictures. Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of your mommy who misses you so much, and she will send her love right back to you on angels' wings. Colleen, your world has lost a very special furperson, and heaven has gained a very special soul. Gizmo is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as BG is watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually hug your heart until then. Clare & Martha....Please visit BG at

I loved your pictures. I am so sorry for the passing of Gizmo, yet I am so glad you were there when he passed. Our babies should never pass alone. I know he was happy your face was the last thing he saw. Mommy, the one who loved and cared for him. The person who was always there for him. Giving you his gift of unconditional love was easy. Your memories and pictures will keep his spirit alive. Gift frosty a smooth for me. He is cute too. I wish I could give him a hug and tell him Gizmo is watching from above, telling him its ok. He is happy and safe at the bridge. Someday we all will be reunited at the bridge. Love Nancy-Commander Bun Bun-

Welcome to the bridge are you today? You are going to make many friends at the bridge. And there's so much for you to do. You get to chase bunnies, butterflies & take long naps in the sun. Isn't that great? Make sure you send your mommie lots of smooches so she knows you are OK. To Colleen...we are extremely sorry for your loss. It's never easy letting our babies leave us but we do because we love them so very much. Hold your memories close to your heart until you meet your precious Gizmo again.

Gizmo - You are quite the little man to mommie! Send her some signs, kisses from the Rainbow that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Colleen know that you have met up with Paul and that God has appointed the both of you to be her guardian, protectors to watch over her until she is called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Colleen - I send you my sincere sympathy over the loss of Gizmo. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown
