Morgan..A  beautiful tribute to a great friend. Dredd is a handsome boy. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know he is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph, Eva and Hermione while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Dredd. Please find comfort in knowing that Dredd is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th, 2001, after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13, Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19, Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20, Firefly 12/20/22, Zachary 02/19/23, Tanner 02/22/24 and Tiger 08/01/24. Dear Morgan, I am so sorry that Dredd has crossed over the Big Bridge. I know what you mean by Dredd being your very best friend and family. Sometimes we are lucky enough to share a very special spiritual love with an animal that many people don't even get to share with another human. Just know that Dredd is happy and healthy again and cherishing his memories of your love, kisses and hugs. He was (and still is) one very lucky fur person to have you as his parent. For sweet Dredd, I know that during your lifetime you gave Morgan much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what Morgan wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Dredd, I have two wonderful playmates for you. Their names are Pedro and Keshet and both are adorable just like you. I know you will be very good friends. For Morgan, I just visited your Dredd's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Dredd would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing.
