I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Dixie. Please find comfort in knowing that Dixie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th, 2001, after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13, Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19, Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20, Firefly 12/20/22, Zachary 02/19/23, Tanner 02/22/24 and Tiger 08/01/24. Lindsay..A  beautiful tribute to a great friend. Dixie is a beautiful girl with a great smile.It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know she is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph, Eva and Hermione while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. My deepest condolences on the loss of Dixie. I know what you are going through. It is so painful and I am grieving the loss of Delilah two months ago. I hope Dixie sends you a sign and that you know how much love it took to let her go. It’s just a really really tough time and I am so sorry.

Dear Lindsay, I am so sorry that Dixie has crossed the big Bridge. It is always a very hard time for those left behind, especially when, like Dixie they have lived a long life with you. For Sweet Dixie, I know that during your lifetime you gave Lindsay much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and at the beautiful residency that Lindsay created just for you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Dixie, I have two wonderful playmates for you. Their names are Pedro and Keshet and both are adorable just like you. I know you will be very good friends. For Lindsay, I just visited your Dixie's Rainbow's Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Dixie would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing.
