Steve/Rhonda/Dean..Dixie is a beautiful girl.....a beautiful tribute for a great friend. It is never easy to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. For whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon while leaving their forever pawprints within us. She is now healthy and playing with Oreo,Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge, they are gone from our site but never forgotten. I can send you my babies site if you wish to visit..take care..

Steve, Rhonda & Dean, I`m sorry for the passing of your beloved Dixie, with you till her 14th year. I assume Dixie is a girl! She is to you `the Bestest Baby in The Whole Wide World` - your precious family member who has lived all her life with you until it was time for her to leave you for Heaven. I do not know how she passed. So often parents have to make the hardest decision of all - to ease their fur-child out of this life which may have become intolerable because of illness or old age. Whatever the circumstances of your loss Dixie is now in a happy place prepared for her, and her parents, by a loving Creator God - whose gift she is - not only in this life but in the next - where the bonds of love forged between you will continue on through Eternity: for Love never dies. Her spirit remains with you though her physical presence is absent. She watches over you - caring for you still - looking out for you to join her in God`s Land of Love and Light where there is no more sad parting.

Steve, Rhonda and Dean, I am so sorry for your loss. The love and companionship that you shared with your sweet Dixie can never be replaced, and will always in your hearts. My Murphy is also at the Rainbow Bridge. I hope he and Dixie will meet so they can run and play together.

Hello, pretty Dixie, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Your family loves and misses you so...they made you a beautiful place at Rainbows Bridge. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase golden sunbeams and colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so your family feels your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at your family so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over your family always, beloved sweet Dixie. Pressy's Grandpa

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Dixie. Please find comfort in knowing that Dixie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Dixie and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Dear Steve,Rhonda and Dean, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Dixie. She was a beautiful girl and obviously deeply loved. You gave her a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Dixie will continually provide you with comfort, she will forever live in your heart and memories. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson

Dear Dixie, you are truly beautiful. Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your family who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear Steve, Rhonda and Dean, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Dixie is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May her sweet love continually nuzzle your hearts until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Dixie will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Tashi at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/TASHI002/resident.HTM

For sweet Dixie, I know that during your lifetime you gave Steve, Rhonda and Dean much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and at the beautiful residency that your family created just for you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Dixie I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Steve, Rhonda and Dean, I just visited your Dixie's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious furangel. I am sure if asked, Dixie would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Dixie. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom)
