Your love and sadness is evident in your tribute to your boy. My heart aches for you. We love them all,but once in a lifetime there is that ONE who touches your heart in a way no other can. I hope you and your sweet Chipper are reunited one day ❤️

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that bloom in your heart this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this blessed season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during the Holidays. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved little Chipper bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this year...God bless, and best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ, Patches, and Momma’s mom)

They will not go quietly, the pets who've shared our lives. In subtle ways they let us know their spirit still survives. Old habits still can make us think we hear them at the door Or step back when we drop a tasty morsel on the floor. Our feet still go around the place the food dish use to be, And, sometimes, coming home at night, we miss them terribly. And although time may bring new friends and a new food dish to fill, That one place in our hearts belongs to them.... and always will. - Author unknown. I am so sorry for your loss but I do hope that this poem offers you some comfort. Blessings………………….. Joyce

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Chipper. Please find comfort in knowing that Chipper is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. Just recently on January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. Spooky never met Hannah but I am sure Spooky greeted Hannah at the bridge. I am sure that Chipper, Spooky, and Hannah have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: Take Care, Susan

Melanie, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Poco, Chipper and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at:

Melanie--I am so sorry about your beloved Chipper. The pain of losing our animals is so hard! I am keeping you in my prayers. I know Paco is watching over Chipper for you, and they are both playing nicely on the Bridge--watching over you every minute. Peace to you.

Dear Melanie, I am deeply sorry for your loss. Chipper is so handsome, I know my Sassy and Frosty was there to greet him at the bridge. Our pets certainly do leave paw prints on our hearts. Chipper was a gift from God, and although you wished for more time, it was his time to journey home. Chippers memories will forever be in your heart. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. If you'd care, please visit and write something for my Sassy and Frosty. Hugs!

Melanie, I am so sorry for the losses you have suffered in recent years. Your two darling Bostons and now your midnight Zoey. I am certain that my Ming and April met them all at the Bridge to help them to their new home until you can gather them all up in your arms for one giant reunion. Blessings to you in your sadness.

Melanie, I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful Chipper. Chipper was sent to you by our Lord the Almighty as a sign of his love for you. These furry packages of love deliver to us such special fellowship, and companionship. There is nothing stronger than the bond that a man or a woman has for their fur-baby. They give us the strength to face the daily human/earthly dealings. I just lost Ginger the love of my life; my leading lady of 17 years, this past fall. Grieving is a natural response of having to send them on their final journey to eternal happiness. Take care in knowing that your precious Chipper is relaxing at one of the many meadows that surround the Rainbows Bridge, is well and playing with the other fur-babies like my Ginger. Chipper sends love wishes your way; thankful for having you as their human soul-mate and waits for you to be there with them. Please visit my Ginger at

Dear Melanie I'm sorry for the loss of your Chipper. I lost my Finn in December. I understand how hard it is to say goodbye to. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be. Until then Chipper is waiting for you at the bridge happy and healthy. He's having a ball with Poco and his new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you. I hope he's met my Finn by now. He's a friendly little cat who loves to play. If you would care to visit my Finnbar

Hello Melanie, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Chipper. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane.

Dear Chipper, you are so gorgeous! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the hearts of your mommy, Spunky, Czarina and Olympia who miss you so much, and they will send their love right back to you on angels' wings. Melanie, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Chip, along with Poco, is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May their sweet love continually hug your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Chipper and Poco will never be broken. Blessings and peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Katy at

For Melanie, I just visited Chipper's beautiful Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. From looking at Chipper's photo and reading what you wrote for and about him it is obvious that Chipper came from a very warm and loving home. I am sure if asked, Chipper would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Last January I lost my little boy Pedro so I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Chipper. Wishing you all the best always, Rosalind (Pedro's mom)

Hello, precious Chipper, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to help Poco welcome you and be a playmate to chase sunbeams, rainbows, and balls and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind to Mommy...signs to Czarina and Olympia too! she feels your loving presence with her and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly for her until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy so she feels the warmth of your love and knows you miss her too and are with her. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy always, beloved Chip. Pressy's Grandpa
