Andrew..sorry it took me so long to respond.. beautiful tribute to aa great friend. Charles is a handsome boy. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know he is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph, Eva and Hermione while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care.. Andrew: Charles beginning truly started when your eyes first met and gradually reclaimed his health. For 1,645 days, your relationship deepened and those memories shall help you through the grieving process, which does take time. Quite often, leaving mementoes throughout the house can bring comfort, as in his towel aka 'towelie'. Charles scent and maybe even a few strands of fur will rekindle both of your favorite pastime. Reflecting on what you could have done or not knowing what had caused his seizures is unknown, and as a responsible pet owner, you did everything you could. Although there is not enough research to know if scent is the last sense to leave a dying dog, embrace the moment when you were able to be with him as he quietly journeyed to Rainbow Bridge. In loving memory, a cyber towelie has been gifted for your best friend.

Hello, handsome Charles, welcome to sunny Paradise meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Your family loves and misses you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so your family feels your loving presence and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come for you to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play happy meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at your family so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over your family always, beloved sweet Charles. Pressy's Grandpa

I am so sorry for your loss of Charles. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. I know you had a special relationship with Charles that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Charles and they’ve become friends. May the love you shared with Charles continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

For sweet Charles, I know that during your lifetime you gave Andrew much joy. Now I am wishing you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what Andrew wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Charles, I have two wonderful playmates for you. Their names are Pedro and Keshet and both are adorable just like you. I know you will be very good friends. For Andrew, I just visited your Charles' Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Charles would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dogs Pedro and Keshet I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Charles. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro and Keshet's Mom).

Dear Charles, you are truly handsome. Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of your dad who misses you so much, and he will send his love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear Andrew, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Charles is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Fritz, Jackie, Callie, Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over me, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet presence continually nuzzle your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Charles will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare...Please visit my Fritz at https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/FRITZ021/redident.htm
