I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Caspian. Please find comfort in knowing that Caspian is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Caspian and Spooky have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

I can't believe he is gone. Today is January 31, 2010. In 2 or 3 days it will be 1 year without him. I wish I could run up to him and hug, squeeze, and kiss him so much I can't take it any more. But if he wouldn't of been put to sleep I would be the happiest but most upset girl in the world. If I could be with him every day and every night I would be the happiest girl in the world. And now he's gone and I need to get over him, but I can't. I have been with him for 8 wonderful years of my life and I feel happy that I had spent time with him when I could. Now I know what it feels to loose a pet after you spent so many years playing, hugging, and giving so much love to it and POOF he's gone. Now I don't know what to do, let him go or never get over his dying. I hope when Mommom gets a new dog I will be as attached to it as I was to Caspian. I know I will always have him in my heart. I have made a decision to never let him go. He was a huge harmless dog who no other dog can replace.

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Caspian, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember the way your baby's tender love touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for each of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us this Holiday season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it most.... And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved furbaby bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your fur-angel would want for you this year ... With best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ & Patches' mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

i remember when i was just a wee wee baby i got to play with my little friend caspie. i wish he was still here with us. i also remember when i went to my momoms house and i walked through the door he was getting ready to kill me with kisses (i thought he was really tring to kill me) but i just freaked out screaming and running around. i remember after my momom and i got back from dairy queen he would be jealous we had ice cream so we would give him doggie ice cream. i remember all the great BIG times we had together. i remember hearing stories about caspian and i remember all the qualities he had like... kind, caring, loving, soft, fluffy, fuzzy, warm inside, very lovely, every amazing qualities in the world.

I love you Caspian! We took so many walks together and played ball in the park and played with the other dogs in the park! I will miss my sweet boy....so loyal and loving. I think of you often....how much you loved to sit on "that" hill with the breezes ruffling your fur as you took in the view and people passing by. All my love!! xoxoxo

Chili and I miss Caspian and his visits to Valley Forge. He was just a nice inspiration to Chili and a good influence. They would tear up the front yard and back and it was nice to see so much energy getting released together. Caspian will always have a place in our hearts with fond memories of the times we've shared. He brought a lot of joy to everyone he met. Just a really sweat and adorable companion we all enjoyed.

I am SO very sorry we have lost Caspian. He truly was a gently giant. I've never seen a dog like him. I was really amazed when I met him that he was SO large & yet so gentle. Once when I was sitting on the loveseat @ Mike & Marla's, he came over & climbed up beside me & proceeded to politely stretch out so that HE had plenty of room. To heck with me! (HA!HA!) It was MY privilege to be allowed to sit with HIM. (HA!HA!) I KNOW that all who knew him loved him & will miss his presence & personality.
