Dear John and Cathy, I just wanted to say hello to you guys and to Brandy..... So you know that you are thought of today. She is such a beautiful girl. I loved reading all of your posts about her -- especially your updates over the years. Please know that she is held gently by the angels and you guys are in my thoughts and in a little place in my heart today... Love, Stefanie, Maximus the Dog, and the kittens - Jake, Elwood and Natasha :)

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Brandy. Please find comfort in knowing that Brandy is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Brandy and Spooky have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: Take Care, Susan

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Brandy, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember the way your baby's tender love touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for each of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us. And may you catch a glimpse of your special sign, from Brandy, Domino and Cookie, just when your heart needs it most.... May each love-filled memory you have of your beloved furbabies bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your babies would want for you this blessed season.... With best wishes for you and your family this Holiday, Karen (Dusty, DJ & Patches' mom)

My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

What a beautiful animal - Brandy. Your tribute was heartfelt, honest, and heartbreaking. Making the decision to assist in passing is a true sacrifice on the human companion. But it is always the right decision. I'm sure Brandy wants you to know that, too. Soon, your mind will be full of all of the happy memories - and Brandy will be at the end of the rainbow waiting for you. Kelly

Brandy, you were a precious furbaby. John and Cathy, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that Brandy and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at:

John & Cathy, what a beautiful tribute to your sweet Brandy.....I cried while reading it, and I feel your pain. I lost my best buddy 10 days ago too, but I know that time does heal and our friends ARE waiting for us at the other end of the rainbow.....we'll see them again someday, think of the good times when you're sad, and visit helps a lot. My sympathy, and feel free to visit Buster's page if you want....I'm sure they are running around up there together :)

Welcome to the bridge are you today? You are going to make many friends. You will play ball & chase butterflies. There's no more pain & you get to run around the lake. Make sure you send your mommie & daddy lots of smooches so they know you are OK. To John & Cathy...we are very sorry for your loss. Hold your memories close to your heart until you meet your precious Brandy once again at the end of that rainbow.

I'm sending along this poem, I know the pain and loss you feel, I lost my Bichon,Amor 5 weeks ago. I still feel the pain and loss and tear up when I talk about her.Take care, God bless. Eleanor YOU WERE HERE As I sit in those moments of quiet, When sadness invades me, I know that yesterday, You were here. Now you are away from us, Not knowing your future, Or when you'll come home, but yesterday, You were here. It has now been a week, A week since you last were in the house, An entire week since we carried you away, To the place where we did not know your future, But just last week, You were here. Another day passes; a week ago, you were still with us, In daily reports from the clinic, They did not know your future, But we could still hope, and, You were here. More days pass,; A week ago you left us, Your head cradled in our hands, Your spirit gracefully moving upward, But for a few hours of that day, You were here. Sadness invades again,

Dear John and Cathy, I am so sorry for the loss of your babies. It is so hard when we have to say good bye, for now. We too just recently suffer the loss of our beautiful girl, Lady, a 14 year old Akita, not a day goes by that I do not miss her. I understand all too well how you feel. My thoughts and prayers go to you both, Warmest, Ana, Lady's Mom

Brandy, you are such a cutie pie!. Welcome to beautiful Rainbow Bridge..I know you just love it there. Playing all day long, running free chasing balls, swimming, lyin in the sun, running thru the creek under the bridge. Mommy and Daddy miss and loved you very much. What a beautiful place they made for you. You look like you have a fun personality! Be sure to send signs down to mommy, a butterfly, a soft breeze, a dream. I will ask my Lilly to find you, she loved everyone too, especially big dogs! You now are mommy and daddys guardian angel, just as mommy & Daddy were your angel while you were here. Dear John and Cathy, I am so sorry for your loss. I know our babies don’t want us to be sad for them. If we can cherish the time we had while they were with us, until we meet forever, it makes it somewhat bearable. You have lost a wonderful friend and heaven has gained a lovely new soul. Many prayers to you, Debbie/Lillysmommy.sonoma, calif

Brandy - You are a very pretty lady and you have left your family many loving memories! Send mom and dad some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let John and Cathy know that you have met up with Domino and Cookie and that God has appointed the three of you to be their guardian, protectors to watch over them until they are called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To John and Cathy - I send my deepest regrets to you over the loss of Brandy. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown
