"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that bloom in your heart this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during this blessed season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved little girl, Bootsie, bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this year...Best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ, Patches, and Momma’s mom)

OMG Who is the wise person who speaks of such glorious words of wisdom? Have you seen Bootsie around? If anyone could see that furry friend, you can. I'm impressed and entertained. Quite an art these. Best of luck to you my spiritual friend. See you in the heavenlies.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Bootsie. Please find comfort in knowing that Bootsie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my cats, Sammi went to Rainbows Bridge. Spooky never met Hannah or Sammi but I am sure Spooky greeted Hannah and Sammi at the bridge. I am sure that Bootsie, Spooky, Hannah, and Sammi have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: Take Care, Susan

Iain, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Bootsie and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at:

Dear Iain I'm sorry for the loss of your Bootsie. What a beautiful girl. I lost my Finnbar last December.I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. You were together for a long time but its never long enough. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be. Until then Bootsie is waiting for you at the bridge happy and healthy. It looks like she's in good company. There are new places to explore so much space to run and play all the good treats and when she needs a break, meadows to lie in the sun. She's having a ball with her new friends and some old ones all the while still keeping an eye on you. I hope she's met Finn by now. He's a friendly little cat but he's scrappy. He'll show Bootsie all the good spots. If you would care to visit my Finnbar

Iain, I am so sorry for the loss of your Bitchy Bootsy. I won't even attempt the Chinese version.. She is so beautiful and her story reminds me of my own special Ming.. They look alike, they both suffered from long illnesses, and they both had Chinese names. Kind of. 😊 In any case, they are both healthy and happy now. Blessings to you and all who are struggling with her loss.

Hello, pretty Bootsie, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Daddy loves and misses you so...he made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to help your meadow kitty family welcome you and be a playmate to chase butterflies and share kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Daddyy hears your sweet meows and purrs and feels a soft touch of your kitty paw in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until he comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask he not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're curled up beside your pawprints deep in his heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Daddy so he feels the warmth of your love surround him and knows you miss him too and are with him. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Daddy always, beloved little girl. Pressy's Grandpa

Dear Bootsie, you are purrfectly beautiful! Please go to the Bridge and purr your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of Iain who misses you so much, and much love will be sent back to you on angels' wings. Iain, your world has lost a very special furpurrson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Bootsie is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May her sweet love continually nuzzle your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Bootsie will never be broken. Blessings and peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Tashi at

For sweet Bootsie, I know that during your lifetime you gave Iain much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness at Rainbows Bridge. From looking at your photos and reading what Iain wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Bootsie I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and although he is a little dog he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Iain, I just visited Bootsie's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. I am sure if asked, Bootsie would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little boy Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Bootsie. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom)
