“God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your sweet little Bones, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that surround you this first Holiday Season without your beloved furbaby. My prayer for all of us this Christmas season, is that our babies will wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during this blessed season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved fur-angel bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this season. Best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, Momma, DJ & Patches mom)

What a lovely tribute to Bonesy - what a handsome and lucky boy he was to have found you - yes, you are right, 17 years is a lot of stories to write. May all of your happy memories help you at this sad time.

Hello Mike, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Bones. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane.

Dear Mike – I am so sorry for your loss of Bones. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Bones that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Bones and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Bones continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at

Dear Mike I'm sorry for the loss of your Bones. What a handsome guy. I lost my Finnbar December 2012.I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be.Until then Bones is waiting for you at Rainbowsbridge happy and healthy. There are new places to explore so much space to run like the wind all the good treats and when he needs a break, meadows to lie in the sun. He's having a ball with his new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you.I hope he's met Finn by now. He's a friendly little cat but he's scrappy and he can catch. If you would care to visit my Finnbar

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Bones. Please find comfort in knowing that Bones is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Bones and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: Take Care, Susan

Mike: May the precious moments of your sweet cat Bones soften the sadness in your heart. I am so very sorry for your loss. Please know that the death of a pet ends life, not a relationship. Please accept my deepest sympathy. In peace

I loved your beautiful story about how you met Bones! There is nothing like the unconditional love of our cats - my Odie left for the bridge in November 2013 at age 19, and I still think about him often. I hope you will find peace and comfort here among friends.

Bones I am sorry for your loss. Mike loves and misses you very much. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains. No rain only sunshine. Running and playing all day with the other furbabies. One day we will join them for all eternity at Rainbow Bridge.

Hello, handsome Bones, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Daddy loves and misses you so...he made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to help Lucky and Chuck welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful butterflies and trade kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Daddy hears your sweet meows and purrs and feels a soft touch of your kitty paw in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until he comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask he not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're curled up beside your pawprints deep in his heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Daddy so he feels the warmth of your love surround him and knows you miss him too and are with him. Soar among clouds now on silvery new angel wings to watch over Daddy always, beloved Bonesy Bear. Pressy's Grandpa

For sweet Bones, I know that during your lifetime you gave Mike much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what Mike wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Bones I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and although he is a little dog he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Mike, I just visited Bones' Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious furangel. I am sure if asked, Bones would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Bones. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom)

A wonderful memorial to a wonderful cat. But Mike was really the lucky one, lucky that Bones found and in the long run saved him. May God Bless you Bones and all your furry pals. All of you shall be together again someday.
