Dearest Marcia ~ I am so sorry for your sweet family's loss of Bodie. I enjoyed reading how special he was, about his loving and gentle spirit. I am not surprised as he had such a special Mommy, Daddy, sister Bella, Tom-Tom, and all of the other beautiful members on your farm! His tragic death was of course senseless, I'm just glad he went to be with his Heavenly family before suffering longer. I count on all of us being together one of these days, in a place where there is no more pain or the need to ask "why"? Hope to see Bodie when my time comes! If I get there first, before you, I'll give him hugs for you! Love you always! ~ Kathy

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during this blessed season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved boy, Bodie bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this year...Best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ, Patches, and Momma’s mom)

Jimmy and Marcia, your words and memories are beautiful, just like Bodie. What a wonderful blessing that he came into your lives and became your beloved companion and family member for many years. I truly understand the sorrow in your hearts. My two rainbow kitties, Inky and Bubba Lou, were right there to welcome Bodie to heaven's most beautiful meadow and I am sure my kitties have fallen in love with your precious angel baby. We will be reunited with all of our fur-angels at the rainbow bridge someday. Blessings of healing and peace, dear friends. I understand and care. Jane

To precious Bodie, a new angel at the Rainbow... I’m sure that with your new feather-soft guardian angel wings, you now so lovingly watch over your family back here. And I just know, too, that you’ve found the coziest & softest places to take your sunshine filled Rainbow-colored doggie naps, haven't you... May butterflies grace your dreams as you sleep. And may each time you look up and see that wondrously magical Rainbow, may you know that all those who loved you back here have helped make it shine a little brighter for you. How? With their tears, sweet baby. You see, each love-drop filled tear here has mixed with the sunshine there at your new home, and your Rainbow shines even brighter for you now..... An old Indian proverb: "The Soul would have no Rainbow if the Eyes had No Tears" says it best... You now find rest in the Arms of God's very own Angels...what more could have ever wished for you? What more could have ever been wished...Rest well, little one.

My Sidney was on the bridge to welcome Bodie to his new home. They are chasing sunbeams and telling "tails" of their great lives. I have asked them to send you a rainbow from heaven above, a upside down smile. When you miss Bodie the most, listen to your heart, his love is there.

Hello Jimmy & Marcia, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Bodie. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane.

dear Marcia and Jimmy there are not words that can possibly express the heartbreaking loss of dear birdies life. What terrible circumstance. you are in my thoughts heart prayers and hopes. it sounds like Brodie had a wonderful life on a farm with whom he loved most in this wide world. love does not die it expands and transforms us. Brodie is tucked into your hearts and memories in your laughter and tears your days and nights in each season of the year you will find him waiting with love and joy wagging a grateful tail. you may find him in an evening snowfall sunlight on a pond with resident frogs on a monogram a summers twilight children playing in a flower filled park. I am so very sorry for the loss of such a wonderful friend. jule

Oh dear, what a sad way for Bodie to go. You wrote lovely things about him on his memory page and it seems he was a wonderful dog. This is so hard for you to go through, but someday you'll begin to think of Bodie more with smiles than tears. He would like that. Off the topic of the grief of Bodie's loss, can you legally go after the owners of the dogs who killed him?

Hello, handsome Bodie, welcome to the sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy and Daddy love and miss you...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words about you. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be a playmate to chase sunbeams and rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy and Daddy feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy and Daddy so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy and Daddy always, beloved Bodie. Pressy's Grandpa
