"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that bloom in your heart this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during this blessed season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved Baxter bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this year...Best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ, Patches, and Momma’s mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Baxter. Please find comfort in knowing that Baxter is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. Just recently on January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. Spooky never met Hannah but I am sure Spooky greeted Hannah at the bridge. I am sure that Baxter, Spooky, and Hannah have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Dorothy, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Baxter and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at: http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/NIKKI115/Resident.htm

Hello Dorothy, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Baxter. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

Dear Dorothy, I am so sorry for the loss of your Baxter. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I know the heart ache and sorrow you are feeling, as I have lost 2 fur babies this year. You will see Baxter again! He is enjoying his wonderful new home at the Rainbows Bridge, running and playing, so healthy! He will be waiting for you when you make your journey home. Baxter was truly a gift from God, there was a devine reason why Baxter became a part of your life. If you'd care, please visit my Sassy and Frosty and write something for them, as I miss them so much! http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/SASSY149/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/FROST011/Resident.htm

Hi Baxter I hope you're having fun at the bridge. You have lots of friends, lots of room to run and plenty. Take a minute to send your mom a kiss. She misses you so much. She needs to know you're keeping an eye on her. And while you're at it give my Finnbar a kiss. I miss him so much. http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/FINNB001/Resident.htm

Hello, handsome Baxter. We're sorry we've not visited sooner but we didn't know about you. Our Pressy is the little old gray lady kitty who plays in golden sunbeams and chases bright rainbows and colorful meadow butterflies with you. Pressy asked her family to visit playmate Baxter. She said she gives you special kitty love headbumps and taught you to send love signs on the wind so Mummy feels your loving presence with her and sweet kisses when gentle breezes blow. Pressy said you send love signs to tell her you're in Paradise meadow watching over her waiting until she comes for you one day to cross Rainbow Bridge together forever. Play happy meadow games with other furangels in beautiful Paradise but stop often to smile at Mummy so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too and are with her for she loves you deeply and misses you terribly. Soar among clouds now on silvery angel wings to watch over Mummy always, beloved Baxter. Pressy's Grandpa

DOROTRHY SO SORRY ABOUT YOUR BAXTER
From: Clare and Martha

Dear Baxter, you are truly cherished! Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of your mum who misses you so much, and she will send her love right back to you on angels' wings. Dorothy, your world has lost a very special family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed home a very special soul. Baxter is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May his sweet love continually hug your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Baxter will never be broken. Blessings and peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Katy at http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/KATY004/resident.HTM

For Dorothy, I just visited Baxter's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. From looking at the beautiful memorial you created for Baxter it is obvious that he came from a very warm home and was loved very much. Last January I lost my little boy Pedro so I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Baxter. Wishing you all the best always, Rosalind (Pedro's mom)
