Hello Baloo, I can see how much your mommy loves you by your residency. My Bella the Beagle is there @ Rainbow Bridge with you, .. look for her. She is the loving wonderful spirit of a beagle and she has a little marking on her side bottom that looks like a duck. I miss her so terribly much. We lost her to cancer last Aug 26. Putting her to sleep was the worst thing I've ever had to do. We did it out of love for her so she would not suffer. I miss her so much it still hurts. I know your mommy feels the same about you. Bless you, Baloo. Maybe say "Hi" to my Bella for me and tell her how much I love and miss her. Play with her at Rainbow Bridge. She loves to play. I hope you are happy an waiting for your family there so that they can be with you again. I want nothing more from life than to live it nicely and then be re-joined with my Bella once again. I miss her so much I can barely stand it most days. I hope you both are happy there and that allof the furries at R.B. are.

Hi, I visited Baloo's memorial page today. I'm sorry for your loss of him in 2011. It looks like he was well loved and enjoyed the best life had to offer him too! I came to find your page when I was searching for information on 'dead pet dog visits in dreams.' This is because our 12 year old german shepherd recently passed away, visited me in a dream. She was all shiny, perfectly fit, had no collar on. When I saw her and she saw me, I called her name and she jumped effortlessly over a wooden branch fence towards me. I sunk my face into her fur and inhaled the scent of her...just so overjoyed that I could! I woke up feeling like we had spent hours together and all was well. Still cried but I feel like she was telling me she is ok again.

Dear Baloo; You've been at the bridge for 5 years, yet it seems just a little while ago when I first heard your story. You gave your family so much love, and will always live in their hearts. Blessings to you. Jim

Baloo, you're a beautiful boy. I hope you've met my Murphy, another Golden, who joined you at the Rainbow Bridge 06/18/2014. Have fun together until we all join you some day. Your mom and dad love you so much. It doesn't get any better than our precious Golden boys but we miss you so.

Baloo was a gorgeous boy! I loved my goldens as if they were my kids...I just put my Sadey to sleep last Monday. She would turn 15 this March. We had to put Bailey to sleep unexpectedly in June 2010, he was 12. I try to remind myself they are together again and swimming all day long! I loved looking at your pics of Baloo...he reminds me of mine with his white heart goes out to you both during this Holiday season... Julie~

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Baloo, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during this blessed season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your fur-angel bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your dear fur-angel would want for you this year...Best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ & Patches mom)

I was reading the forum and I came across the picture of your sweet golden where it is a close up of his nose. I have to tell you that is one of the cutest things I have ever seen. For some reason, it doesn't matter if they are young or old, they always look like puppies. I'm so sorry for your loss. What a sweet baby your Baloo was....Hugs, Alliecatsmom aka Julie

Dear Michele and Scott, I know exactly how you feel about Baloo as I feel the same about my Bear. I hope that Baloo and Bear have met and that Bear is no longer afraid of other dogs and has become friends with Baloo. I think that they would have a lot of fun playing around together. They seem to have similar personalities from what you have told us of Baloo. I wish you light and most of all I wish you LOVE. I know that Baloo sent you tiny Mako so that through Mako he could continue to watch over you and LOVE you both. My Love to ALL of You, Susan

My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.
