David, It is a sad day when our beloved pets have to leave us for the next life and it tears at our hearts. I feel for you at this time of your deep loss of Bailey who was clearly a wonderful friend and companion to you over the 14 years she was with you. Animals are amazingly brave and fight to overcome disability. I`m sure it was the great bond of love between you that kept her with you to live out a full life-span for a dog. She is an example to us in the determination to adapt regardless. They are blessed with other senses which develop to compensate. But most of all your presence was the most precious thing in her life. The unbreakable bonds of such love reach into Eternity - far beyond our understanding - and continue in this life until we meet our loved ones again in Heaven: when the `veil` will be lifted and the relationship we once enjoyed in this life will be ours once more - but in a fuller way than we can ever imagine. May you be comforted with knowing she awaits you.

I'm sorry for the loss of your Bailey. What a beautiful girl. I lost my Finnbar December 2012.I lost my Rocky in March. I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be.Until then Bailey is waiting for you at Rainbowsbridge happy and healthy. There are new places to explore so much space to run like the wind all the good treats and when she needs a break, meadows to lie in the sun. She's having a ball with her new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you.I hope she's met my boys by now.Finn is a friendly little cat but he's scrappy and Rocky is the sweetest gentle giant. If you would care to visit my guys

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Bailey. Please find comfort in knowing that Bailey is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Bailey and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: Take Care, Susan

David- You've described in Bailey's tribute how no obstacles got in her way of loving you for 14 wonderful years! Simply knowing her place right now is curled up in your heart, although difficult to see, her happy tail will always wag for an eternity. With my deepest and heartfelt sympathy, I have left a pull rope to keep you forever connected at Rainbow Bridge.

Dear David, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Bailey. She was a beautiful girl and obviously deeply loved. You gave her such a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial ceremony. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Bailey will continually provide you with comfort, She will forever live in your heart and memories. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. Sending love and light, Nelson

Dear Bailey, you are truly beautiful. Please go to the Bridge and send your precious love down the Rainbow straight into the heart of your daddy who misses you so much, and he will send his love right back to you on angels' wings. Dear David, your world has lost a very special furperson, family member and friend, and heaven has welcomed Home a very special soul. Bailey is now your very own angel, watching over and for you, just as Tashi, Katy and BG are watching over us, until you meet again and cross the Bridge together. May her sweet love continually nuzzle your heart until then, and may you find comfort in knowing that the silver thread of love that binds you heart to heart with Bailey will never be broken. Many blessings and much peace, Clare and Martha...Please visit our Tashi at

Bailey I am sorry for your loss. David loves you and misses you very much. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains. No rain only sunshine. Running and playing all day with the other furbabies. One day we will join them for all eternity at Rainbow Bridge.

For sweet Bailey, I know that during your lifetime you gave David much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what David wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Bailey I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For David, I just visited Bailey's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious furangel. I am sure if asked, Bailey would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Bailey. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom)
