Hello Gussy. It's 6 years today that you left us. We all miss you so much, and we also lost your Christo too. I hope you are with him up there somewhere. We miss you both terribly and think about you a lot. I hope you are having fun with all your friends, and I am sending some new toys today. God bless you Gus and lots of love from us all. Mom 😥💜💚💙

Hi Gussy We haven't said hello for a long time. but have to send a very sad message. Your Christopher passed away in July, and we have all had a very difficult time with this. I hope he is with you there somewhere, and you have seen him. I know he missed you terribly, and now we miss all of you. I hope you are having fun there with all your friends. Facey and Sherry are still with us, and getting old now. Poor Sherry is having trouble with her eyes, but she is still mean to her sister. We love you Gus, and I bought a lovely new flag for outside my front door the other day, with a Gussy sitting on the beach. It looks just like you. Lots of love from Mom, Lori, David & Hannah, Facey and Sherry xxxxxxx

Anne and Family~ Thank you so much for your kind words about my Lobo. Your Augustus was such a handsome big boy....just like my Lobo was. I truly hope they have found each other and are playing and running at Rainbow Bridge. The pain of losing him does not subside, not even for a moment. I am truly heartbroken without him. I only find comfort in knowing that he no longer is in pain~ he was diagnosed with inoperable tumors on his lungs and around his heart. It became quite difficult for my baby to breathe we set him free so he didn't have to suffer anymore. I have faith that one day we will be reunited with our beautiful Rottie-angels. Until then their unconditional love that blessed our lives and sweet memories will be cherished in our hearts. My baby loved steaks...I hope Gus will enjoy the one I have left for him also. Denise~

My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Hi Gus, you are missed very much by your family and especially your sister Frangelico. I hope you have found my girl Bailey and that you are playing together. She loves to chase squirrels and birds' shadows on the grass - maybe you can chase them with her. Sometimes she does like to lay alone and rest...please don't think she is being rude, she just likes her alone time sometimes. I hope you both will be angels for each other at rainbow bridge :)

To precious Augustus, a new angel at the Rainbow... I can just see you now with your feather-soft guardian angel wings, watching over your family back here. Settle cozily into your new sunshine-filled home, sweet baby. And each time you look up and see that wondrously magical Rainbow, may you know that "Mom", David, Lori & Christopher, and all those who loved you back here have actually helped make it shine a little brighter for you. How? With their tears, sweet baby. Each love-drop filled tear here has mixed with the sunshine there at your new home, and your Rainbow shines even brighter for you now... An old Indian proverb: "The Soul would have no Rainbow if the Eyes had No Tears" says it best... You now find rest in the Arms of God's very own Angels...what more could your family have ever wished for you? What more could have ever been wished... Rest well, little one. Dear Augustus's people and pet family, I am very sorry for your loss. Augustus was a beautiful dog. My dog Chandler died on January 12, 2011. Maybe my Chandler and Augustus will make friends at the Rainbow Bridge. My dog was old and in alot of pain but we just couldn't bear to part wife him. Our 2 cats are looking everywhere for him so I know how your other pets feel. He was very fortunate to have so many humans and fury friends that loved him.

Hello Mom, David, Lori & Christopher, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Augustus. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, in time we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on there memory and begin to celebrate there life. I lost my Zander July 2008; please take comfort in knowing that we will one day be together again with our beautiful companions; I have attached Zander's link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane.

So sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Augustus and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at:
