Arslan's Rainbow Bridge Guest Book

(Return to Arslan's Rainbow Bridge Residency)

Hello Arslan, I was just visiting some of my babies here at the bridge and came across the love story your mom has written for you here. I too lost a baby to cancer, my precious Golden Maddie. It is hard to loose them, we just never seem to have enough time with them. But that being said, the time we do have on this side is as precious and as pure as most anything earthly we will ever experience. I have left a candle for you Arslan, light it bright and send a beautiful light to your Cassie so she can always know that you forever live within her heart

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Arslan. Please find comfort in knowing that Arslan is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Arslan and Spooky have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: Take Care, Susan

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel Arslan, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember the way your baby's tender love touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for each of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us. And may you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it most.... May each love-filled memory you have of your beloved furbaby bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your fur-angel would want for you this blessed season.... With best wishes for you and your family this Holiday, Karen (Dusty, DJ & Patches' mom)

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

What a dog! I do believe there are dogs in heaven....You were very blessed to have this Arslan as a friend and guard for your life. I saw the movie Hatchie this year, and it was very touching, about the loyalty of a dog to its master. Love, Marcia

Cassia, I just visited Arslan, he was beautiful. I know how kind and gentle Pits can be, I always think you can't judge a book by its cover. I know the pain and loss of losing these special souls that come into our lives and take over our hearts and homes. I lost my precious Amor 2 months ago, she was only sick 10 days. As far as I knew she was healthy, one day she stopped eating. I didn't know until the autopsy that she had cancer, what a shock. I still think of her and miss her everyday. I'm sure one day we will remember them with smiles and not tears, remembering all the love and joy they gave us so freely. Until then, take care, God bless. Eleanor
