Had to say goodbye to my boy Tucker not long ago. Sometimes I wake my wife up crying in the middle of the night. I'm not sure I'll ever recover. Everything is so much harder with him gone. Thanks for sharing your memories.

Dear sweet Angus, monkey mutt. I haven't been here since it was set up but that doesn't mean I don't miss your sweet furry face. There were times that you felt as much my dog as Fran's and I thank you puppy, for giving me that feeling. You are very, very missed. Love, Auntie Leslie

Dear Angus, Just came to visit you today. You must tell your Mum you have really enjoyed your new yellow ball and the new warm bed. She always knew just what you liked. Tell her you really didn't mind your little coat that much as it did keep you warm. One could have 10 dogs and each and every one would be different and you know no one will ever take your place. Take care little Angus and know you are loved and remembered. Most Sincerely, Gloria

"Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened" -Anatole France - I have found such profound truth in that statement.... I believe in my heart, that is why we never forget the joy, the love, the very presence of our babies even after they've gone. You see, the part of us they've awoken simply never again falls asleep inside us! Instead, the cherished memories of their love, their very "presence" in our lives, keeps their flame eternally glowing in our hearts, no matter how little...or how long of a time has gone by since they've left our side.... May Angus' flame of love continue to burn brightly and shine eternally in your hearts ... With wishes for a happy Holiday Season this year to you and your entire family, cozily gathered around a fireplace with your best memories of your angel Angus .......... All my best, from the Rainbow and beyond, Karen....Dusty's mommy.....

Hello, Angus ... I'm so glad Ralphie told me about you, he said he's having so much fun with all the other Yorkies at the Bridge and that he especially likes to chase butterflies with you because you run fast, just like he does. I know your family misses you very much ... can you see the Yorkie shaped hole in their hearts? It will fill up one day when they hold you again, but in the meantime, make sure you send them your love everyday and visit their dreams to remind them that you're just a little breath away. I'm sending you kisses and bellyrubs on butterfly wings.

Fran & Hart, I'd like to share with you a poem I wrote earlier this year, after the loss of my own sweet kitty, Dusty: 'The soul would have no rainbow if the eyes had no tears', is an old Indian proverb handed down through many years. May you find some comfort knowing as your tears may sometimes flow that your grief is not in vain here, as it's helping something grow. For you see what makes a Rainbow, is the sunshine after rain, your baby's passing is a storm cloud, where your tears fall from the pain. Take heart for all your tears here, mixed with sunshine up above and the Rainbow now shines much brighter as you've wept with tender love. So remember as your tears may often gently flow, that each will magically enhance your baby's Rainbow. <Karen, Dusty's mommy, 2007> As you said, little Angus "walked all over Hart"...well, truly little Angus' pawprints are forever etched across both your hearts, and you will come to cherish each memory as a treasure.....

Angus - what a beautiful baby you are. Fran and Hart - Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your baby. I've had to have several of my babies put down also, so I know how very hard it is. I believe our babies know we will always carry them in our hearts. And if we do happen to get another baby (as most of us do) they know it's because they taught us how to love, and it makes them smile. ((hugs)) Karen If you would like, you can visit my baby at-

My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on. Pat Lively

Hello Fran and Hart, We are so sorry for your loss of little Angus. We lost our little Chelsea two weeks ago and miss her so much. We hope Angus and Chelsea are playing together at the Rainbow Bridge. Looking at us and knowing how much we love and miss them. Chelsea left behind her brother and sister German Sheppards Mac and Cookie. Along with four kitties that she grew up with; Clipper (her special friend) Skipper, Sunny and Stormy. So we know anyone she meets at the Rainbow Bridge will be her new friends. Nothing is ever so dear as the soulful eyes of a furry love one. May they always remain in our heart. Rick and Tammy
