I am sorry you lost your Ameythyst Rosebud. I lost my little black girl kitty with big golden eyes that looked deep into my soul. I miss her tremendously. We have a new Fur Baby kitt. His name is Oliver. He is a Norwegian Forest Cat. He will be 3 yrs. old on Christmas. He is my Husbands Cat. I call him Crown Prince Oliver of Norway. I miss my little Girl still.

I carry a little bit of you with me every day. I remember how you use to like to float on your swim ring in the pool with me, especially on the hot afternoons of summer. Hugs and kisses my.sweet Amethyst,

Looks like it's been a while since anyone has written in your book. I know you don't really read this, but it makes missing you easier - all of you. Take care of Taffy, Sam, Leo and Daisey.

Dear Amethyst, I didn't think I would ever write a note like this. We miss you a lot. I hope Sam found his way to be with you guys. We have Ruby now. She is a sparkplug. She is no substitute for any of you, but she helps us stand the pain of you all being gone. Mom misses you too.

Amethyst - You are the most cute and delicious little angel I have seen in a long time! You are a precious lady and so beautiful! You have left your family many endearing memories! Send your family some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let mom and dad know that you have met up with the rest of the family and that God has appointed you to be their guardian, protector to watch over them until they are called to join you at the Bridge. To Eleanor -I send my heartfelt sympathy to you over the loss of Amethyst. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

So sorry for the loss of Amethyst. Sound like she had a wonderful life filled with so much love. That is the best we can do for them and let them go when it is their time. May you find comfort knowing we will all meet again at the bridge.

Dear Eleanor Rose, she's beautiful and precious, what a wonderful blessing that she came into your life many years ago and brought such happiness and love. Please know that I understand the sorrow in your heart. But I also know that sweet Amethyst Rosebud is happy and well, and playing like a puppy in heaven's most beautiful meadow. My kitties, Inky and Bubba Lou, the lights of my life, were there to welcome Amethyst and I am sure they have already fallen in love with your sweet angel and will watch over her. Our babies know that they will be reunited with their earthly mommies someday. When we cross the rainbow bridge and they come running to greet us, we will be with them forever more. Until then, may precious memories bring healing to your heart and may God bless you with comfort and peace. Blessings to your family and little Sam, too. I understand and care. Jane

They will not go quietly, the pets who've shared our lives. In subtle ways they let us know their spirit still survives. Old habits still can make us think we hear them at the door Or step back when we drop a tasty morsel on the floor. Our feet still go around the place the food dish use to be, And, sometimes, coming home at night, we miss them terribly. And although time may bring new friends and a new food dish to fill, That one place in our hearts belongs to them.... and always will. - Author unknown. I am so sorry for your loss but I do hope that this poem offers you some comfort. Blessings………………….. Joyce

Hello Eleanor Rose, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Amethyst Rosebud. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. Please take comfort in knowing that one day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander in July 2008 & have attached his link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane.

Eleanor, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Amethyst and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Eleanor, I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved Amethyst. I know the hurt and pain that you are going through. I lost my cat Chloe last January and my dog, Annie in September of this year. While no words can express how you feel all of us who lost a beloved pet know what you are going through. The tears of sorrow will eventually be replaced with tears of joy when you think of that special friend. Amethyst is always close by you, watching over you. Amethyst rest well beautiful. I know you have many new friends at the bridge. God Bless you all.

My Sidney was waiting on the bridge to welcome Amethyst Rosebud to her new home. They are chasing sunbeams and telling "tails" of their great lives. I have asked them to send you a rainbow from heaven above, a upside down smile. When you miss Amethyst Rosebud the most listen to your heart her love and paw print are there.
