I have lived in Wimberley and have donated to ARF. What a loving group, doing all they can to support the lost, lonely, and abused fur babies of the area. My condolences to the group and indeed to humankind for the loss of each and every beautiful creature finding his/her way across the rainbow bridge.

"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of all the ARF babies cared for, the memories that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember the way their love touched your life while they were with you, be the ones that surround you all this Holiday Season. My prayer for each of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us this special season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it most.... And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved furbaby bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your fur-angel would want for you this year ... With best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty & DJ's mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

I'm so sorry for your loss of Zander and all your furbabies that you have lost. They are all together at the Rainbow Bridge and will never know another day of pain. They will only know happiness for all eternity, and that happiness will be complete when you finally join them all. Bless you and them. Sylvia (Calvin's mom)

I believe no fur baby should go without a home. If it were me I would adopt them all. The love our fur babies give us, there is nothing like it. It helps to cure all sickness, and hurts. I will pray for all fur babies to find good homes. There is no better high in the world then holding a dog, cat, rabbit, bird, or any of gods creatures, giving them your special name, and then being their care giver. I am blessed with 16 adopted rabbits we rescued, two dogs we love, a bird, we love them all. May the good lord bless all fur babies, find all good homes, and keep all fur babies safe. God Bless Wimberley and all the Wonderful work you do. Love Nancy-Commander Bun Bun's Mommy-http://Rainbowsbridge.com/Residents/COMMA001/Resident.htm

I'm sorry any arf babies leave us. Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your baby. I've had to have several of my babies put down also (one very recently and my heart is just aching, so I know how very hard it is. I believe our babies know we will always carry them in our hearts. At least I pray they do. ((healing and heart-felt hugs)) Karen If you would like, you can visit my babies at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/SOPHE001/Resident.htm and http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/CALLI012/Resident.htm

From one rescuer to another, may the angels send to each of you who care for these souls special favor. May you always have the strength and courage to never give up and to always know that when you get to heaven there is a special place for those kind souls like you. Rest well babies with the angels and all our babies who have gone on before

To all the precious ARF babies who have crossed over to the Rainbow ... I can just see each of you now with your new angel wings, floating on the clouds watching over your former keepers and fellow "ARF-mates" here on earth... You now watch over both the humans and animals back here, as their guardian angels. And I just know by now you've each found just simply the coziest & softest places to take your sunshine filled Rainbow-colored "ARF" naps, haven't you... Each of you were given love and comfort here to keep you warm each day in the arms of volunteers who are indeed angels here on earth... And now, each of you finds rest in the Arms of God's very own Heavenly Angels above... what more could have ever wished for each of you? What more could have ever been wished for you, sweet babies..... from Karen / Dusty's mom

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Welcome to all of you precious babies...how are you today? The bridge is a wonderful place for all of you. There is so much to do. You get to chase bunnies, butterflies, birds...and take long naps in the sun. There is no abuse...no illness...NOTHING!!! And you ARE wanted & loved...by GOD. And by all of the other babies who have had to go to the bridge. You will forever be in the hearts of those closest to you. You are at peace. Now go play & have fun.
