"God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that surround you this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this Christmas season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during this blessed season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved Mr. Jax bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this year...Best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, DJ, Patches, and Momma’s mom) http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

They will not go quietly, the pets who've shared our lives. In subtle ways they let us know their spirit still survives. Old habits still can make us think we hear them at the door Or step back when we drop a tasty morsel on the floor. Our feet still go around the place the food dish use to be, And, sometimes, coming home at night, we miss them terribly. And although time may bring new friends and a new food dish to fill, That one place in our hearts belongs to them.... and always will. - Author unknown. I am so sorry for your loss but I do hope that this poem offers you some comfort. Blessings………………….. Joyce

My heart goes out to you and your family. I lost my AL "Mr. AL" on 3/6/2013 about 2 weeks before Ajax. Its been hard without my AL. I know they are in a better place - in doggie heaven.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Ajax. Please find comfort in knowing that Ajax is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. Just recently on January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. Spooky never met Hannah but I am sure Spooky greeted Hannah at the bridge. I am sure that Ajax, Spooky, and Hannah have become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

Carol and Jared, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Mr. Jax and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Please visit our Nikki Mae at: http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/NIKKI115/Resident.htm

Dear Carol & Jared, I am deeply sorry for the loss of your Ajax, he is so handsome! Ajax was a gift from God, and although you wished for more time, it was his time to journey home. It is never easy to lose our beloved pets, but take comfort in knowing that you gave Ajax so much love and he gave it right back. Ajax is running and playing in the warm sunny meadows at the Rainbows Bridge. He'll be basking in the sun, and taking long care free naps beneathe the beautiful shade trees. You'll feel Ajax's love in a warm gentle breeze. If you'd care to visit and write on my Sassy & Frosty's pages, you can find them at- http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/FROST011/Resident.htm http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/SASSY149/Resident.htm

Hello Carol & Jared, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Ajax (Mr. Jax). King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

Dear Carol & Jared I'm sorry for the loss of your Ajax. What a handsome guy! I lost my Finnbar in December. I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. When its time you'll be together again just as it should be. Until then, Ajax is waiting for you at the bridge happy and healthy. He's got plenty of room to run and lots of new friends. He's having a ball all the while still keeping an eye on you. I hope he's met my Finnbar by now. He's a scrappy little cat who loves to play. If you would care to visit my Finnbar http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/FINNB001/Resident.htm
