I just finished reading your beautiful Abigail's memorial and my heart filled up with joy knowing how much she was loved but with sorrow that she has gone to rainbow bridge. She does sound a lot like my cat Gabrielle who you kindly left a message on her memorial. I am sure my Gabrielle and your Abigail and little Shyann are all playing together and waiting patiently to be reunited with us when it is time. May God bless you!

“God gave us our memories so that we might have Roses in December." a quote by J.M. Barrie. May the memories of your sweet kitty Abby, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that surround you this first Holiday Season without your beloved furbaby. My prayer for all of us this Joyous season, is that our babies will wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during this blessed season. May you catch a glimpse of your special sign, just when your heart needs it the most....And may each love-filled memory you have of your beloved fur-angel bring to your heart the very warmth and sunshine of the Rainbow itself. That's just one "gift" your baby-angel would want for you this season. Best wishes for you and your family this Holiday Season, Karen (Dusty, Momma, DJ & Patches mom)

Dear David & Michele, my condolences on the sudden passing of your precious Abby. What a sweet face, she's adorable. Our pet's love and devotion touch us like no other, that's why we feel a deep sense of loss when they are no longer with us. I hope my little Paisley has befriended Abby and they are enjoying playing in the meadows. I did check out the song "A Place In the Sun", that is a beautiful song. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult.

David/Michelle..Abby is a beautiful girl..and is very lucky to have you as her forever family .....a beautiful tribute for a great friend. It is never easy to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. For whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon while leaving their forever pawprints within us. She is now healthy and playing with Oreo,Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them on the Bridge, they are gone from our site but never forgotten. I can send you my babies site if you wish to visit..take care..

Hello David & Michele, As you begin to reflect on memories of your beautiful Abigail (Abby). King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

David & Michele, Thank you for giving a loving home to Abigail, your beloved cat, who lived happily with you for about 6 years - recently passing to Heaven. As a cat-lover and former owner my heart goes out to you in deepest sympathy for your loss. Saying goodbye is one of the hardest things we have to go through to spare our beloved fur-children unnecessary pain and suffering when it is clear they are at the ending of their life on this Earth. Often it is the last kindness we can offer them - and the measure of our love for them. We have been given complete responsibility for their lives while they are with us - and at their passing - to see that it is as gentle as possible. You acted swiftly and with compassion - thinking only of her well-being to the end. Now your hearts and home feel empty without her physical presence. There are so many hazards for free-roaming cats and we cannot protect them from everything. You did your best for her. Thank you! Her spirit is with you always.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Abby. Please find comfort in knowing that Abby is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Abby and my babies have all become good friends. You can visit with Spooky at: http://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/Spook002/resident.HTM Take Care, Susan

For sweet Abigail, I know that during your lifetime you gave David, Michele and your entire family much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photos and reading what your family wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Abigail I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and although he is a little dog he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For David, Michele and Abigail's entire family, I just visited Abigail's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious furangel. I am sure if asked, Abigail would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Abigail. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom)

Dear David and Michelle, My prayers are with you on the passing of your precious Abby. She was a beautiful girl and obviously deeply loved. You gave her a wonderful life and It is not easy losing our loving companions. I completely understand the pain and grief that you are experiencing and you are not alone. Would like to share this poem read during Princess Diana's memorial. "Time is too slow for those who wait, too swift for those who fear, too long for those who grieve, too short for those who rejoice, but for those who love, time is eternity." (Henry Van Dyke) Hope that the many memories of Abby will continually provide you with comfort, she will forever live in your hearts and memories. If you would like, please feel free to visit my Baby's memorial. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/CHEST037/Resident.htm. Sending love and light, Nelson
