In your 17 years, you were devoted only to me. When I said "kiss mommy", you kissed my forehead. You slept on my thigh and shoulder.

The house was your domain yet you accepted every kitten I brought in. You kissed their forehead once, and they were yours.

I took you to the vet six days a week for fluids. I would open your carrier, stick my hand in, and you would hold my index finger with your paw. Such a sweet boy.

The vet sent a card that all the techs signed saying you are an incredible cat. They made a donation in your memory to a veterinary college.

I will never get over this loss. Your brother and sister are grieving also.

Rest in Heaven, my baby. You are with mommy's other children.

We will all meet at the Bridge when God determines it is time.
