Memories of SNOWBUNNY & TERRY
ALWAYS GIVING COMPLETELY,NEVER ASKING EXCEPT TO BE LOVED. WE WILL MEET YOU WHEN OUR CHORES ARE DONE.TAKE CARE OF EACH OTHER UNTILL WE GET THERE. LOVE, US. ################################################################ 3-4-7. A letter to our beloved SNOWBUNNY the day after she started her trip to the RAINBOWS BRIDGE. "SNOWBUNNY" We will remember you! especially on each thansgiving for the rest of our lives. On this day in 1999,as we and our Vet started you on your trip from life to the Rainbows Bridge, your life flashed through my mind as we said goodbye to you after thirteen wonderful loving years. I remember the first time I saw this tiny white ball of fur curled up in a cardboard box with other kittens being brought to the Humane Society on a cold dark october night in 1986,and how I put you in my jacket pocket and took you home to start your life's chores. I remenber your special time as a short bodied, long legged, playful kitten whose favorite thing was to crawl up and completely curl yourself around someones neck, and look at them with your beautiful big eyes. I remember you crawling up the back of my seat in the car,and how you loved to watch out my window wrapped around my neck. I remember how everyone would sneak coffe creamers out to the car for you to enjoy and watching you curl up and nap on a warm lap. I remember when we went camping at Cape Cod,how everyone thought you were lost and the search parties that combed the campground looking for you, only to find that you had crawled into a little hole in the water tank compartment and took a nap. I remember as you grew into a beautiful long, sleek, white cat the special trait you had of always giving a vocal greeting to everyone who came to visit. I remember the many hights when you would wake me up to announce that you were cold and wanted under the covers next to me,and how you would settle yourself in next to me,and would use all four paws to ease me over for more room. I remember after you got sick and had to wear your little lamp shade that even though you didn't feel good you always made it a point to keep us in your sight, and when I took you to work with me and put your bed next to my desk, you would always look up at me as to say"I'm alright,I'm with you". I remmembered most of all, that for the thirteen years you and we were together, that you gave all your love and affection, never asking for anthing in return. I remembered all of this in a brief moment as we said our goodbyes to you.we will spend the rest of our lives, especialy on each Thanksgiving day, expanding on each of these special tmes we shared together untill we finish our life chores, when we will meet you again at the Rainbow Bridge. LOVE,US
