My name is Koda. Mom always told me how special I was. The story was that she was going through a lot at the time and decided to take a trip to the shelter. Its funny because I knew she came in and asked for a SMALL old dog and I was far from small. I remember watching mom walk down the hall and when we saw each other, we knew we both needed each other. Best day of my life, when I got home I realized I had some brothers and sisters. I had no idea what they were but mom said they were ferrets. I didn't care they all loved me. Mom made me meet everyone, I liked them all but one stood out. He was mom's best friend although I was a giant mommy's boy I had a very special bond with him. He would always sneak me food. My favorite thing to do was snuggle with mom. I felt safe and happy with her. I'd do anything to see her smile. I know it was hard for her to say bye to me but I hope she knows I'm always watching and I know she will be taken care of. Love you mom, Koda Oh Koda, what a special boy. He was the sweetest and gentlest big boy. I like to believe he chose me. The way he looked at me let me know we needed each other. He had lots of brothers and sisters that all loved him very much. Koda was definitely a mommy's boy. He also had another best friend that he adored and looked forward to seeing everyday and they had a special bond. He would dance around when he saw him but also cried when he left. Koda was obsessed with this special moose toy and blanket, he wouldn't let anyone take it away. Koda LOVED the water. I can't tell you how many times he would jump in the shower with me. I know he is up there running around and enjoying all the pools and lakes. Mommy misses you and loves you. I love you Koda ❤️ |
