Memories of Emerson
Over the past 11 years, I have shared my life with a cat named Emerson. I first met him when I started my dog walking company back when I was a young thing. At that point in time, I was not fond of cats. My love grew for Emerson every day. He would greet me by the client's front door & shake his tail for me. Then, he would follow my client's two boxers and I on a 30 minute walk. Never breaking stride.

My husband & I eventually came to adopt him a few years later and have found him to be one of our most loyal companions and friends. We have shared our most intimate self with him, enjoying his companionship and receiving his bountiful lessons about unconditional love and caring. Other relationships with people had come and gone, and many things in our lives had changed, but we were inseparable, and our love continued to grow each year.

He has taught us so much about animal communication, healing, and then, in these final months, about the death process.

You will always be Mommy & Daddy's little boy. Go run free baby!
