The best and most loving sheepdog we ever had. You put smiles on the faces of everyone who met you with your funny wiggly butt. You were so full of love, you were bursting. What a smart, intuitive, fun, playful bundle of joy you were. We are so thankful we rescued you at 2 years old and were blessed by God to have you in our lives for almost 11 more years until the Lymphoma finally got the best of you. We did everything we could for you, our beloved Destiny and you were so brave. I think we will always see you in the corner of our eye. You were the best big sister to Divinity, your little Pomeranian. How gentle and protective you were of her. She misses you so, just like Mommy and Dad. Chasing and barking at flying birds, birds on high posts and our roof as they scowled at you were one of the highlights of your day. You also loved chasing dogs and people walking down the beach from your fenced in yard. You were so beautiful and happy while loping around the yard in the wind. You also loved just sitting in one of your beds next to where we were. Riding with Dad in the car to go to the office or anywhere was the greatest excitement. You will be missed more than you will ever know. You are free of pain now and will be with my father and your brothers and sisters at the Rainbow Bridge. Show them how you are the champion ball catcher! Love each other until we arrive. I can't believe it has been one year since we lost you. I miss you every day. We have another rescue sheepdog named Dreamer that we got last November. She is nothing like you my sweet, smart baby. Divinity misses you so much too. Dreamer is a big klutz and is too rough with her to play gently like you did. We will all be together soon my beautiful Destiny. I love you. |
