Memories of Daisy Mae
You came into my life at such a dark time and brought such lite and joy. You carried me through the death of my Rusty, through the death of my child and my back surgery. Because of you I got up each day and put one foot in front of the other. Now I have to figure out how to do that without you. I thank God for you, for our years together, for over 4500 walks in the park, for your sassy bark, for all the smiles you brought to my face. Thank you for taking such good care of me, you rest now my precious Daisy. You sweet girl took the last piece of my heart with you. Our bond was amazing. I am so lost right now baby. I miss you terribly and love you so much.
12/24/22 Our first Christmas apart. Missing you terribly baby girl. My heart is still shattered, please hold that last piece which you took with you. Take it and hold it close, until we meet again. I pray every day that you and Rusty will be in heaven when I get there. I am trying so hard to try and figure out how to walk through the rest of my life without you. You made life worth living, now I have to figure out how to go it along. Merry Christmas precious baby. I love you so much . Mommy
8/23/23 One year gone. Still struggling each day. I thank God for every walk and sunrise we shared, for your sassy bark and belly rubs, for every smile you put on my face,for every time you made me laugh, for all the love, joy and happiness you brought into my life. Thank you Daisy Mae for being my best friend. I will hold you close in my heart until we meet again, and we will meet again. I love you baby girl and I miss you terribly. Mommy
