Ciara, a Gaelic name meaning "dark haired". She had allergy trouble from the start, and so independent and aloof, that we almost sent her back to the breeder within a week of getting her! But she was so different than any other Shar Pei we had, we felt sorry for her and kept her. Never very cuddly, hardly ever minded us, but we grew to love her! Sorry she had to fight with itchiness all her life, and then the battle with kidney failure... We loved you through it all. Go play with your spirit brother and sisters - Taigi, Harvest Moon, and Journey! 11/22- Thinking of you baby girl. You were always a difficult kid, but we loved you with all our hearts.
