Memories of Chandler
Chandler was our first real friend when we moved to Maryland. He loved us and we him. He loved eating pizza crust and good boy treats. He was a wonderful protector. We will go on but life will never be the same. God Bless you Chandler. You will live always in our hearts.

Thinking of you today Chandler. I think about you all the time. Your ashes, collar and blue bone are with you in the beautiful memory box we bought for you sitting on the mantle of our fireplace. I see your name but sometimes it doesn't seem real.
I touch the lid and tell you hi and bye. I've let Missy & Summer, (your kitty sister's) look in the box. They smell your collar with much interest. They've stopped looking for you.
I'm reading the book Cold Noses at the Pearly Gates. For the rest of my life I will remember you. Please never think we could forget you. Looking at your face on a headstone still breaks my heart. It's been nearly 2 months now that you have been gone. Mommy loves you. Please have fun until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge. XOXO

Dear Chandler,
Daddy & I renewed your residency at Rainbow Bridge. It has been nearly a year since you died. We are glad we had you cremated and what remains of you is still here at home with us. You brought so much happiness to us. You even put up with your kitty sister's Missy & Summer when you weren't feeling good. When you could hardly walk anymore and you were whimpering and crying in pain as you lay on your bed, it was clear what we had to do. I was going to change your song today but Daddy wanted me to keep the one we have. We cried together today as we renewed your memorial. We love you and we know God loves all his creatures big and small and he is blessing you with happy and healthy days until we meet again. Love Mommy & Daddy xxxxoooooo

Dear Chandler,
A whole year has gone by without you. Could have used a hug from Chaney many times since you have been gone. 2011 was a hard year in so many ways and it started with saying goodbye to you. I reminded Daddy of what today was and we were sad all over again. I hope you have lots of friends to chase and play with. With love always until we meet again. Love Mommy & Daddy

Dear Chandler,
Two years you've been gone. Daddy & I are glad we have your ashes with us but we miss you. I guess we always will. Brook & Matt are doing good. They still love you too. Unfortunately, Matthew & Theresa haven't seen me & Daddy or Brook & Matt over a year now. Matthew was angry we had to take you to Dr. Palmer that last day. He blamed me saying I didn't want to take care of you but he never heard you cry in pain like Daddy & I. They have a baby but they won't let us see him. Only Theresa's family knows him. Something went wrong Chandler. Matthew isn't a nice person anymore. Theresa convinced him Daddy & I weren't good people. I wish we could go back to me, you , Daddy & Brook. You loved us, we loved you and we all loved each other. You were our best friend and nothing will ever take your place. Until we meet again. Love, Mommy & Daddy.

Hi Chandler,
We were talking about you last night and I realized I better renew your Memorial at the Rainbow Bridge. Your sister Missy will be 16 in November and Summer just turned 14 in January. We rescued a cat in 2012 that was born in 2011 he was a year-and-a-half-old when we adopted him in September of 2012. Daddy named him after something he saw in a beer commercial so is name is Wego. He's a little aggressive. Daddy thinks that's why Missy is still with us at her age because they wrestle back and forth and he keeps her going. He likes your sister summer so he chases her all the time. Since Daddy and I have only pets we made arrangements for Daddy and I to be cremated and buried on Duval Street in a columbarium and Key West when we die. What we liked about the place was is they permit us to bring all our Pet's ashes so they can be buried next to us and a pet area in this very small Cemetery. It's filled with tropical flowers and all the sounds of Key West. That makes Daddy very happy because he loves it there. You're still here at the house with us in your cherry box with your toys and collar as you have been cremated. Even though you've been gone all these years we love you still and want you with us forever when our time comes. Don't worry about daddy and I. We're okay and we always have the memories of you and for now we still have all three of our kitties. I've always have the song can't smile without you playing when I visit your Memorial. We do smile but it certainly never been the same since you left. We love you very much Chandler and we always will. Love,Mommy and Daddy
