Memories of Buck
Buck was born in Marion, Ohio on May 1st 1997...a great day. Mommy and Daddy picked him out because he was the only puppy sleeping in the dog house while all the others were out playing. He cried on the way home not knowing how much love was in store for him from a mommy ready to spoil him. Daddy slept on the floor with him his first night at home and our little guy fell asleep with daddy's finger in his mouth. He woke up the next morning very happy and ready for a wonderful life with his new parents.

Buck was so full of life and energy. He quickly took over our hearts and home. He was such a beautiful baby. People would stop me on the street just to hug and pet him. He loved everyone and everything. He never ever got angry and we never heard him growl. He was the most gentle dog ever put on the face of this earth. He tought us how to be better people and how to love each other deeply.

Buck occupied our thoughts constantly. Everything we did centered around him. We took only vacations where he could come with us. We wanted to be near him all the time. He was our center, our home, and he was our true north. His unconditional love was so amazing. He brought us through so many difficult times.

Buck was a gift from God. He took care of us.

We loved Buck with everything we have, and with all of our human limitations, concerns, and daily issues, he loved us continuously.

Our lives will never be the same. We miss you. There is a giant hole in our hearts.

With Our Love Always,
Your Mommy and Daddy
