Hi Toffie...I just wanted to pop in and see your picture, read your story. I didn't mean to leave Tabatha out in my message but I am sure you 3 already know that. Stay close to each other. Know that your mommy loves you very much.

Laura, our babies bring us so much love and comfort that we can never forget them. I hope my Paisley has befriended your babies and they are having lots of fun playing in the meadows. Blessings, Rose https://www.rainbowsbridge.com/residents/PAISL001/Resident.htm

I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a furbaby is very heartbreaking. I know this heartbreak all to well. Toffie is resting in peace and watching you from the Rainbow Bridge knowing that all that love you gave her, has never left her. Rest in Peace Toffie

Hi Laura and Toffie. I was cleaning out my desk drawer and found this poem. It was from a very dear friend that sent it to me when our dear Odie went to stay at Rainbow Bridge. I hope you like it. Don't cry for me today, I wouldn't want it this way. Be strong and smile, for you will see me in a while. I know you miss me, but now in Heaven I will be. Do not keep your sad face, I am in a much better place. Do not let your tears fall, for I cannot wipe them all. Yes, my life wasn't long. But I'm begging you to be strong. Live every moment as if it were your last, I won't forget any memories that have passed. Cherish life and love as I watch you from above. As I remember all of the good things, I come to see I have gotten my wings. It is time to go and fly, as your guardian angel I will try. Don't cry for me today, I'm on my way. Soaring through the sky, I watch all of you telling me goodbye. PETS MAY LEAVE OUR ARMS, BUT NEVER THE HEART :-)

Big hugs to you Toffie! I know Laura is still sad that you are gone. But she knows those angels are seeing to your every need. I left you a special plant. To celebrate your life here on earth.

I thought I'd drop by for a peaceful visit. Life is short here on earth. So we value our time spent here with loved ones. Your mommy misses you Toffie. But she had to set you free. Free from the pain and suffering here on earth. God promises ever lasting love and we will see you again one day. Until then, stay near your mom. She still needs you and misses you. But don't be said. Be the sunshine on her back on a warm summers day and be the stars that twinkle at her at night.

Hugs and kisses sent all the way to Rainbow Bridge and back! I know your mom misses you, but she understands you needed the rest and out of harms way. Rest now sweet baby......rest.

Hello, pretty Toffie Sue Brooks, welcome to the meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Mommy loves and misses you so...she made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to help your meadow kitty family welcome you and be a playmate to chase butterflies and trade kitty love headbumps. She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy hears your sweet meows and purrs and feels a soft touch of your kitty paw in gentle breezes. You're now another guardian star shining brightly until she comes to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask she not be so sad but treasure memories of you and remember you're curled up beside your pawprints deep in her heart forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at Mommy so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over Mommy always, beloved Toffie Sue. Pressy's Grandpa

Hello Laura, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Toffie Sue Brooks. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. One day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander & Zianna & have attached their link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZIANN001/Resident.htm

It is better to have loved and had to say good-bye to a fur baby than to have never loved at all.
