Hi Thunder! Hope you are doing well in your new play land. Mom has got a new dog - Pepper. He jumps and runs and about drives me crazy. I have a little trouble seeing him but I sure feel the breeze when he wizzes by! Mom is fine, and so is Izzy. Mom keeps digging in the yard and I find that I can't figure out where everything is right now, but I will. I am healthy, and I still hate bathes. But I get them anyway. I miss you and I know I will see you one day. Love you!!!!!

Hi Thunder! MOM brought this thing home called 'pepper' and he pulls my ears and jumps on me and plays and plays and plays! He wears me out! He's not as gentle as you, but he is an handful. Mattie has trouble seeing sometimes and I wait on her. Mom still is gardening, she's dug up the whole back yard. I think she's part dog. Hope you are doing well in your new play place. I will see you! I miss you bunches. All my love. Izzy

Happy Easter, Thunder. We always liked this holiday. Flowers blooming and all those birds and bunnies to chase. What good times those are. Izzy is keeping things hopping around here. My health is a little off and I've been kind of laying around, but I'll be back, good as new in a day or two. Mom's out working in the yard and Dad's built us a deck! It's great and we have a top on it, so we don't get wet right away when we go out. Sure miss you. But I'll see you on the bridge, look for me, okay! Have a happy easter time with your new friends. Love and hugs! Miss you bunches. Hope you like to gift! Love Mattie

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

What a little cutie. I love your Bible verse - isn't it amazing how much they do teach us, even if they can't talk. I hope the memories you have of your time together help to ease the pain of your loss. My sympathies.

Sheila, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts. Take comfort in that their love for us goes on as our love for them does for eternity. I am sure that the memories of this precious member will be with you always. We also lost our adorable little pug, Nikki Mae, who was the light of our lives for more than 14 wonderful years. We are sure that beautiful Thunder and Nikki Mae have become good friends and are now having so much fun playing and running again. Hello Sheila, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Thunder. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on there memory and begin to celebrate there life. Please take comfort in knowing that one day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander in July 2008 & have attached his link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm

Sheila, how adorable! I am so very sorry that Thunder had to leave to cross the bridge. They are not lost, just waiting for us. One of my best friends and companion of 16 years, Willy, went to the bridge in January. My tears still flow when I think of him. I know though, that Thunder and Willy are probably playing in the meadows, running and jumping now. I know Willy loved the sunshine and I hope that Thunder does too. I truly believe that God would not have made a Heaven without our beloved companions there to meet us. I have left an extra angel to look over Thunder, as they are our special angels watching over us. I hope that your pain begins to turn to peace that fills your heart with nothing but wonderful memories. They make the days become a little less heartbreaking knowing that their hearts are always with ours. God Bless You until we all meet again. I would love for you to visit Willy at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/WILLY010/Resident.HTM

Dear Sheila and Family, your little Thunder is so precious. I have tears in my eyes as I write because it's so easy to see by your words and pictures how very much Thunder was loved and how much love he gave you in return. I know and understand the sorrow you are going through for I lost both of my furkitties two weeks apart after having them for many years. I will tell my Inky and Bubba Lou to find Thunder, Stormy and Thor and they will play like kittens and puppies in heaven's sunshine until we are reunited with them at the bridge someday. May wonderful memories of Thunder begin to heal your broken hearts and may God bless you with comfort and peace.

Thunder - You are quite the handsome man and you have a great spirit to leave your family! Send them some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Sheila and Tim know that you have met up with Jasmine and Thor and that God has appointed you to be their guardian, protector to watch over them until they are called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Sheila and Tim - I send my heartfelt sympathy to you over the loss of Thunder. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again one day. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

Sheila, I just visited your beautiful Thunder. He sounds like a wonderful little guy. I know the pain of losing a beloved pet, I lost my precious Bichon, Amor July 1, 2010, she, like Thunder was gone far too soon. I'm sure soon you will smile just remembering all the love and joy Thunder gave to you so freely. Please visit Amor at Rainbow Bridge to see my little girl. Take care, God bless.
