Hello Don, I have just spent some good time reading the Memorial you have created over the years for Sybil and I have to say I really admire your commitment to keeping her memory alive, taking the same walk you used do to together every year to commemorate her passing is also a really beautiful gesture. I really enjoyed reading about Sybil and picturing the kind of dog she was even after all of these years. Please continue to write about her and I am sure she’s happily waiting for you along with your others companions that have already crossed the bridge 🙏🏻💐 Ale

Hello, I do not know you or ever will. I stumbled across your memorial in remembrance of my beloved dog Prince Sandy Boy. The relationship and love that you share with Sybil confirms that I am not alone with grief. I always once in a while come on here to read the rainbow bridge poem for comfort. And your story touched and encouraged me that the love of our pets are unconditional. I read your entire memorial and tears fell. We have adopted a new pup and we cherish everyday. Sybil is LOVEED and she loves you too. May you find comfort in all you do and keep their memories alive. Puppy hugs, L.

You have been through So Much, Don! My husband & I have had Shepherds for 40+ years, & every time we lose one it is devastating! Yesterday we lost our Maya from cancer. She was the very Best of the lot & since we are now in our late 60s probably the very Last, which makes it all the worse. They are the most Noble breed of dog I can imagine. We feel God has blessed us by giving us their friendship & love!!

Don, Your tribute story to Sybil is so full of love and it just breaks my heart, yet also comforts me that after all this time, you still carry her in your heart. I recently (1-02-2012) lost my beloved furbaby (in Tucson) of almost 18 years and I am devastated. It almost the last day of Feb. and I still cry my eyes out daily. I find comfort in your words and it helped me tremendously.... My heart goes out to you. Sybil was a very special girl to have you in her life. I am also sorry for your most recent loss as well. I know your heart is shattered, again!

These are very loving words that you have written for your sweet Shepherd. I know she enjoyed her life with you so much and you have honored her by giving her this beautiful place to see you again. My own princess Shammah will meet her there and be the best of friends. The memories of them are precious and they are always in our hearts. Tears are the language they understand as we miss them so but knowing they are surrounded by love and joy brings a small relief. Rest in peace sweet girl and Shalom from Shammah's Mom
